President Karen, her face etched with determination, left out a slight smile as she placed her delicate hand on mine. Her voice carried a mix of emotions as she replied me.

"Did you think I could do something like that?" she asked, her voice revealing a hint of vulnerability.

"I can't neglect my children like that. I made a difficult decision for their well-being, keeping them away from their father. But I make sure to visit them every three months. They're in good hands, with my elder sister taking care of them. And they're doing just fine now that they're 25 years old." As I listened to her words, I couldn't help but acknowledge the passage of time. Her twins, now adults, had grown up while she keeps her work and position at the company.

"I am certain your daughters have grown into beautiful young women, just like you," I commented, trying to offer some admiration. But, President Karen scoffed loudly.
