Marcus Is Awake

At the Blackwood's Mansion.

Marcus was lying on his bed, with a series of treatments being admitted to him by the doctor. He was still unconscious, Richard, Sam and some bodyguards were present.

"I will leave now sir Richard." The doctor said,

"How's he doing? Will he be okay?" Richard asked with concern.

"Yes he will, he just needs some hours of bed rest. The bullet didn't penetrate, it only brushed his arm. He was only unconscious due to the excessive pain and tiredness." The doctor explained.

"Alright" Richard said, and the doctor responded with a slight bow before leaving.

There was silence in the room for a few minutes.

"You shouldn't have let this happen." Richard stated.

"I'm so sorry boss, young master insisted, I couldn't afford to disobey his order." Sam explained.

"That's the most ridiculous explanation. Marcus is the last and only heir of the Blackwoods, his protection and safety is the most important thing." Richard raged.

"I'm so sorry, I promise it won't occur again."
