Chapter Fourty One

Levi's heart almost dropped when turned and saw his friend on the ground.

"No!" He screamed and ran towards him.

"He is badly hurt. Someone call 911!" Jake screamed. Steven assumed the role and placed a call through.

"Stay with us. You'll be fine," Jake didn't know if he was trying to reassure himself or Trevor.

"You need to breathe," Levi said to Jake.

"No, the ambulance needs to get here before I run mad."

"Good, they're here," Levi heard the emergency sound they made and couldn't help but breathe out.

He stood aside and watched as the paramedics carried Trevor onto a stretcher and took him into the car.

Jake and Levi followed them in the back seat, ensuring that nothing happened to Trevor.

"I don't understand how he could faint from this. He has experienced the worst beatings and nothing happened to him," Levi said.

"Well, he is not that bad. He probably just fell from exhaustion," one of the paramedics said.
