They charged at him with a determination to beat him up but they were two boys and Levi could smell that they were a bit high from cheap drugs.

"Levi watch out!" Levi heard Jake screamed but he was already in the middle of beating them up. Jake, seeing that he could take care of things, went to Trevor to try and help him stand up.
