Chapter Twenty Nine
"You're right baby, these two don't deserve my time. Come on, let's go!" She said and walked away, trying desperately to ignore the stares on Levi and Brittany face but the blush on her cheeks showed that she was embarrassed at how rudely her daughter spoke to her.

"Wow! I can see why the girl doesn't respect her," Levi said.

"Yeah. The mom didn't raise her well. Its obvious in her terrible manners. Here, let me show you to my place."

Brittany's place was like a showroom. Full of junk with no new thing in site.

"I apologize for the mess. Dad must be at it again."

"At what exactly?" Levi said as he picked a can of beer from the ground.

"Well," Brittany said, collecting the can. "Let's just say that my father is a bit of a drunkard and he likes to scatter the house whenever he is done. So, again, I apologize for the mess."

"Oh that's okay. I guess thats why your neighbours are so rude to you."

Brittany stopped dead in her tracks when she heard those words.
