Chapter 86

Marisa and the maid finally reached the medicine storage area. Marisa deftly took the first aid kit and cleaned and bandaged the servant's injured hand.

"You'd better rest," Marisa said as she applied the last plaster. "You look very tired."

The maid smiled weakly, "Thank you, Miss. You are very kind. But I feel bad for troubling you. You'd better go back to the party room."

Marisa shook her head, "No need. I don't like being there. I'm not the type of woman who likes to gossip like them."

The waitress looked at Marisa curiously, "So, what do you want to do?"

Marisa sighed long, "I'd rather work or do something else useful than gossip like those in the party room. I guess I'll be here for a while. This event should be over soon, and I can go straight home."

She then took a handkerchief from her bag and handed it to the maid. "Use this to wipe your sweat."
