Dragon Palm Institute

Candaka woke up early in the morning with a shock because yesterday's swordsman was somehow already in his room. "Come on, hurry up, I want to show you something interesting," Isyana said in an indifferent tone and didn't care about Candaka's state, who was still nodding off.

"What's wrong with waking people up so early, besides it's really impolite for you to just walk into my room," Candaka exclaimed angrily.

He didn't understand this woman. Her face is pretty but her behavior is reckless and she doesn't care about other people's feelings at all.

“See, look down. It's really crowded, isn't it?" Isyana pointed from the balcony of the inn to the street below which was filled with martial arts parades.

“It's the people from the Dragon Palm Institute. You should learn a little self-defense at that university so you don't shake like yesterday, hahaha!” laughed Isyana without feeling that Candaka was offended by his words.

“Who is shaking. I can also do some martial arts. My mother often taught me not to be bullied by other people," challenged Candaka.

"Come on down, I'll introduce you to the martial arts teacher over there. Whether you want to study or not, it's all up to you," asked Isyana.

"Didn't you promise to take me to Grandpa Wicaksono's place today?" Candaka asked in surprise.

"Why do I have to follow this beautiful girl, when my business is more important," he thought. Even though his mind rebelled not to follow Isyana, his feet followed the woman to a corner of the village instead of a red nameplate that said DRAGON PALM INSTITUTE.

"Later from here I will definitely take you there, don't worry. I always keep my promises," Isyana answered calmly.

This institute is very large. Candaka saw several people dressed in red practicing martial arts moves. Isyana entered casually, and the guard didn't stop her at all.

"Brother, introduce my friend, Candaka," said Isyana to a tall, well-built young man who was training at the college.

Candaka politely offered his hand to shake hands with the young man.

"Brahma Mukti, call me Bram," the young man's expression was normal without a smile and cold, even though Candaka was having a hard time putting on a smiling face.

"Damn!" Candaka said to himself. "If I knew this, I'd better put on a cold face earlier!"

"This is it brother, Candaka want to study martial arts here, can you or not brother?" asked Isyana straight to the point.

Candaka was surprised by Isnaya's initiative to send him to learn at the institute.

“No, I was not long in this village. After meeting uncle I want to return to the capital city. So sorry, not refusing, but I don't have much time,” answered Candaka with pride.

"In that case, please teach him a few tricks, bro, so that he don't get beaten up if he are attacked by the bandits again," continued Isyana, not wanting to lose.

"Well, are the bandits in action again?" asked Bram.

"Yes bro, yesterday they ganged up on this trembling man so I brought him here so he could learn with you!"

"Yes, if you really want it, come here early tomorrow morning so I can give you some tips on martial arts for self-defense," continued Bram.

"Oh yes, you were looking for mother. Go early in the morning without saying anything instead bring a boy here!”

Candaka was silent again with a surprised face again knowing that the owner of this instutute is the Isyana family. No wonder he can go in without being reprimanded at all.

"Like it or not, my brother already wants to teach you. I only want one day," Isyana coaxed Candaka to do what he wanted.

"Yes, bro, I'll apologize to mother later," Isyana answered slowly.

Feeling bad about Isyana's kindness and also she didn't want to offend her because she still needed Isyana's help, Candaka nodded slowly agreeing to her wish.

“Hoorayeeee...!!! That's it Candaka!" Isyana shouted happily.

"What if I refuse, it's not Candaka's name," thought Candaka. “This woman's behavior is up to date, but innocent and kind-hearted. That's why I like him. I can't go back to the capital city after the business here is done." Candaka's feelings started to get mixed up.

"Come on, don't disturb my brother, He want to train his students," Isyana asked while pulling Candaka's hand, which almost fell in shock.

"It's not you who's bothering your brother," Candaka said to himself again.
