The Showdown at the Display

It was evident that Zachary's clothes were much cheaper than Kash's, consisting of just a T-shirt and shorts. Zachary seemed comfortable in his attire, but Kash's comment made him aware of the contrast between them. It also made him realize that he hadn't changed his style even though he was the heir.

In any case, Zachary had no intention of changing his style anytime soon.

Paige recognized Zachary and expressed her surprise, "I remember this guy. Is he a target of the Nathanael bullies?"

Kash sneered and said, "Yeah, that's him. Unfortunately, he spent his money foolishly, and now he's back to being a poor guy. A cleaner."

Zachary replied, "I'm not an employee here."

Kash looked surprised and asked, "Then why are you here? Are you looking to buy an apartment? Even if you had a few thousand dollars left, you wouldn't be able to afford an apartment here. Do you understand?"

As a result, Kash asserts that Zachary is an idiot for wasting scholarship and not awareness the value of a luxury apartment.

Kash's embarrassment quickly turned into confidence as he laid eyes on Zachary.

"Can you please ask him to leave? He's just wasting everyone's time," he said, determined to save face in front of his girlfriend. "I know him. He's caused trouble in other places before. It's clear he's not well-off. Just look at how he's dressed." The employee nodded and walked over to Zachary, politely requesting that he leave the area.

"I want to buy a villa," Zachary said to the employee.

The salesperson looked at Zachary in disbelief. "I'm sorry, but the cheapest villa in this area is worth three million dollars. I'm sure that's not within your budget."

Kash sneered and added, "You're just wasting our time. If you couldn't even afford a luxury apartment, how could you afford a villa?"

Zachary remained composed and replied, "I know what I can afford."

Kash turned to the salesperson and said, "Don't waste your time on this guy. He's just trying to show off. He doesn't have the money to buy anything here."

The salesperson nodded in agreement and added, "I'm sorry, sir, but if you're not here to purchase anything, I'll have to ask you to leave now."

Despite the increasing hostility, Zachary remained calm. "I hope you can understand that I'm here to buy a villa," he said, hoping to defuse the situation.

The salesperson grew increasingly impatient and decided to call the security guard. "Can you please come to the model display? We have someone here who's causing trouble and refusing to leave," the salesperson said over the phone before turning his attention back to Zachary.

After being asked to leave, Zachary took out his phone and called the butler. He asked the butler to help him purchase the villa near his university in this estate dealership. He knew the salesperson was skeptical of his ability to buy a property and that his butler could help him resolve the situation.

Kash spoke up when Zachary hung up the phone after calling his butler. "Do you think you're filming a movie, Zachary? Calling to brag and expecting a bunch of people to come and protect you?" he said, with a sneer on his face.

Paige chimed in, "Maybe if you're willing to cut the act, Zachary, you'll make it in the real world."

The salesperson and other staff at the display were also annoyed by Zachary's stubbornness in trying to stay. "We advise you to leave before security arrives, Zachary. It's better for your own sake," the salesperson said, hoping to avoid further conflict.

Zachary remained calm and composed in the face of their taunts, knowing he had the means to back up his words. He smiled and replied, "I understand your concerns, but I'm not going anywhere until my purchase is complete."

As the tension between Zachary and the salesperson continued to escalate, two security guards arrived at the display and quickly caught sight of Zachary. As they approached him, one of the guards muttered under his breath, "I'm so tired of dealing with these types of delusional people. Just last month, we had to deal with two other individuals who were harassing."

The other guard nodded in agreement, having seen similar situations play out in the past.

The guard approached him and prepared to escort him out of the area, but the estate manager suddenly appeared before he could do so.

"Stop!" the manager said firmly. "What is going on here?"

The salesperson explained the situation, but the manager's expression quickly turned to anger as he listened. "You mean to tell me that you doubted a serious buyer and called security to remove him from the display?" the manager said in disbelief.

The salesperson hung his head in shame as the manager continued. "Do you know how much this estate depends on sales like these? We cannot afford to turn away serious buyers and treat them with disrespect."

The salesperson tried to defend his actions. "But sir, he didn't look like he could afford anything here. I thought he was wasting our time," he said, but the manager was not swayed.

"In case you were not aware, we recently received full payment for a villa worth eight million dollars, and the buyer was none other than Mr. Zachary here. He is one of our most valued clients, and you have treated him with disrespect and mistrust," the manager said firmly.

The manager then made a decision. "I'm afraid I will have to let you go, effective immediately. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior in our establishment."

After firing the salesperson, he left the display looking embarrassed and ashamed. The estate manager turned to Zachary and apologized for the inconvenience.

As the estate manager finished speaking, Kash's face fell. He felt anger and humiliation, but he knew nothing he could do. He didn't want to stay any longer and was eager to leave as soon as possible.

Kash turned to Paige and whispered, "I don't know where Zachary's money comes from, but it won't last long. He's just a flash in the pan. Until then, I'll prove that the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor."

Kash and Paige quickly left the display. However, the manager's words lingered in their minds, leaving them feeling embarrassed and humiliated.
