Mission

Murder.

This act has always been seen as a taboo in society. Though there are some groups of people that see nothing wrong with the act of killing, the vast majority agrees that it is morally wrong. That’s why it is also a topic that cannot be easily brought up and, that’s why the whole conversation that Daemon’s having shouldn’t even exist. And yet it is.

“W-What was that sir?” Daemon asked again. “I think I didn’t hear you right.”

“Oh you heard me alright.” Desmond replied. “You’re just having trouble processing it but, I think you heard me just fine.”

This confirms it. Daemon’s being asked to kill. He’s being asked about the act of killing and, how good he is with it. A teenager like him is given this question. And, unfortunately, Daemon doesn’t have the capability to lie to Desmond’s face.

If he can’t do it under the state of [Calm Mind] then there’s zero probability of him pulling it off now that he doesn’t even have the skill anymore. He doesn’t have any form of defense. Leading
