Ethan looked directly into Paul's eyes, his expression unyielding. "I'm interested in your appearance, Paul," he said calmly.

Paul raised an eyebrow, faking ignorance. "My appearance? What about it?" he replied with a touch of arrogance.

Ethan smirked, undeterred by Paul's attempt to deflect the question. "Your appearance has always been the same," he observed. "But something seems off about it. Care to explain?"

Paul maintained a facade of composure. "My appearance hasn't changed," he said firmly. "It's none of your business to question me about it."

Ethan's smile turned dangerous, his eyes glinting with amusement. "None of my business, you say?" he asked, leaning in closer. "Is that really the case?"

Ethan leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms. "I'm simply curious," he said coyly. "After all, you
