Adair's Mother Is In Crest Ville

It happened so soon, but the next thing Alice saw was Zane grabbing a figure. She didn't quite see his face, but the shimmering obviously sharp knife this figure held caused a cold shiver run down her spine.

"Don't move, miss." Zane ordered Alice without looking at her.

"But this man is obviously dangerous. I think I should inform the rest of the family." Alice responded in a surprising defiant voice.

Not that she wasn't scared, but she still dared to put on a show of being someone ideal to Zane. Zane scoffed when he made sense of her line of thought.

So far, the only brilliant person from this family was Collette.

"They won't help. So please don't move." Zane still said. After a while, he added, "Do me a favor and turn your back against me."

Glancing behind him, he caught sight of her twirling. He turned his attention back to the man in front of him, a smile gracing his face.

"She sent you, didn't she?" He scoffed.
