Chapter 24 - Sarah and Her Family Met Owner of Alvarez Corp

Jonah, the receptionist, came back to Peter and Jennifer.

"Ms. Ellen is waiting for you in her room. Let me take you there."

Jennifer and Peter smiled happily. They had expected their plan to work.

They followed the woman named Jonah to the 49th floor.

Along the corridor, there were pictures of the top brass of Alvarez Corp heading toward Ellen's office.

"You're going to be one of them, Peter." Jennifer smiled proudly.

Arriving at the door, Jennifer and Peter passed Steve, who was mopping.

"Look at that. We did it, Steve. Now Mrs. Ellen is calling us." Jennifer said haughtily.

Steve pretended to smile happily. "I'm glad to hear that. I hope you get the CEO position, Peter."

"Without your prayers, I could have gotten it, you idiot!"

"I'll tell Mrs. Ellen to fire you. So be prepared for bad luck!" Peter laughed wickedly.

Jonah was dumbfounded that the two strangers dared to insult the owner of Alvarez Corp. Who exactly were they? Did they not know Steve Alvarez?

"Sorry, Mrs.
