Combat (IV)

Huge.

That was the only word to describe the monster. It was incredibly huge. Even the monster Lukas had seen in the F-ranked dungeon Ariel’s castle wasn’t as huge as this. It was completely out of his expectations.

Lukas wasn’t the only one affected by the size of the monster. Not only was the monster huge, it was incredibly imposing. The aura it gave off alone suffocated them, and Lukas found himself losing the will to fight.

The monster screeched loudly before making a full appearance. Lukas gulped. He should have known what kind of monster it was the moment he stepped into the monster’s lair. They were only one type of monsters that loved staying in tall trees; birdlike monsters.

The monster was similar to a hawk, but it was extremely huge. Its talons were as thick as tree branches, and its wings were just as powerful as they looked.
