Lukas woke up to the sound of his phone ringing. He turned around on his bed and stretched his hands towards the bedside table to pick his phone, but it stopped ringing. Lukas opened his eyes and saw that it was already morning.He looked around the bright room and saw that it was still empty. The school hadn’t recovered from the setback so many students were still absent. His body was still fatigued from yesterday, so he didn’t want to wake up early. He was about to go back to bed, but his phone had other plans.His phone rang loudly again. For the past three weeks, Lukas had fully focused on practicing his spells. Being the genius he was, he had improved tremendously regarding his spell casting and had reduced the time he needed to cast his spell greatly.He was able to cast his first tier spell with just a thought and his second tier spell in less than a second. The third tier spell still took more than a second to cast, but Lukas knew that in a few days, he could reduce the time to just a single second.He had also improved his mana control greatly, and was now able to change the state of his element freely and with ease. Although it was still not at the level he wanted to be, it was a huge improvement on his part.
