Immediately after he killed the core Wraith and the world shattered, Morales felt like an invisible veil that was originally blocking his vision was just removed from his face.

The other Wraiths in the corridor opened their maws that were filled with darkness and roared soundlessly, then they also shattered like a broken mirror before dissipating into the air.

At a corner of the corridor, the 3 Grade- E experts heaved an audible sigh of relief. They looked at Morales’s figure with newfound reverence for his power.

Though the situation looked easy, they knew that any mistake would have easily led to their death. And battling against unconventional creatures like undead Wraiths, anything could happen.

Knowing that the ritual’s power was already destroyed, Morales calmly turned to survey his surroundings.

They were still inside a long corridor with dim light, the only difference was that now they could see a heavy metal door at the end of the cor

The hard floor of the cathedral of the Giant King caved in as the bleeding Crocodile burrowed a large hole under through the fierce kinetic force that acted on its body from the slam skill. All its bones ached like it just suffered a blow from the Giant King himself, it felt enormous pain like its body was just dipped into the hottest frying pan ever. Throughout the whole Cathedral, an order for silence seemed to have been sent out as all the pirates looked on with mouths gaping open. “The heck! Who was this unknown Pugilist who could trash Devil Crocodile in one Punch?” This was the only thought going through their minds, their brains directly went numb when they reimagined the scene that just happened. Amidst the shocked and numbed pirates who looked on at this Pugilist in awe, only a certain group of people reacted fast enough. Number 1 was Wolfblood, despite seeing his comrade in a near-death state, he did not hesitate to continue

  • The Clan Head System.   CHAPTER 129: AN OFFER OF LIFE AND DEATH.

The cathedral fell into a solemn silence on seeing this scene.Devil Croc escaping was not the highlight of the previous battle, Wolfblood escaping despite the overwhelming odds was not the highlight either, the highlight was this new powerhouse that arrived on this island.Despite entering here alone with few helpers, he was able to push The Rod of Thunder to the point of using his trump card. Not only that, he was able to decimate both the Devil Croc and Wolfblood to the point of despair.“El Fenomeno!”This word went through every pirate’s heart who was in the scene and saw the previous battle. They didn’t know how it sprouted, the word just sprouted due to the deep awe and fear now in their hearts. From today, they knew it in their hearts that they were witnessing the birth of possibly another extremely strong Vice Admiral who will rule a part of the Larpotian Sea for years.Instead of the eyes of enmity th

Morales stiffened as he was submerged on the fierce aura of this strange undead expert. Feeling the Grade C energy that was being emitted by the undead creature, a lot of things went through his mind. Unlike him, Shadow and the others were directly petrified on feeling the energy aura that was being emanated at them. “A Grade C expert? Such experts are allowed inside this world?” Morales felt like all his efforts since then till now were directly going down the drain. After almost killing 2 strong Grade E experts for it, now he had to hand over the golden scroll to someone else. Of course, he was not ready to court death. Compared to his life, the golden scroll was worth as much as fart. The only problem was that he felt indignant. From the looks that his new subordinates were directing at him, he knew that they were already urging him to hand it over to safeguard their life. The headless phantom-like undead creature hovered in the air

The enormous palace of the Giant King was really the highlight of this city in the middle of the island like Shadow said.Like most mansions of the old era, the palace was laced with gold. It was built to look like a big golden dome, with a golden statue of the Giant King himself erected on top of it to highlight the owner of the palace. The walls surrounding it looked like the ones Morales saw when he just came to the city, heavy and intimidating. The only difference was that they were still fresh and they were also coated with gold extravagantly. The palace seemed like an amalgamation of all the previous majesty in the city. It was beyond luxurious at this point, despite staying here for centuries ago, its majesty did not wane. The compound around the dome-shaped building spread out for kilometers, but Morales did not have the luxury of admiring it as he finally came to face his competitors. From what was before him, the other tokens already had

Seeing what was written in the sky, Morales was stunned but this did not make his actions anyway slower as he immediately followed his 4 competitors inside the palace whose gates mysteriously opened to them. The burly Pugilist, Dani entered first in a brash manner, followed by the strange Undead Wraith, the Psychic expert, and then Vice Admiral Machine. “Take care of yourselves”. Morales did not forget to address his new subordinates before he entered. This was partially showing his concern for them as their new boss, but it was mostly to declare his ownership over them, which served as a warning for any pirate who originally set their eyes on them. “Yes, boss”. Shadow and the others replied immediately, feeling relieved. As Morales entered, the 2 words kept on reverberating in his head. “The competition has started…, you have only 2 hours”. Bam!Vice Admiral Machine reacted faster than everyone else and attacked first. In less than a second, he materialized a small pistol in his hand. He shot 2 bullets at his 2 closest opponents, the Psychic and the unknown Pugilist, Morales.Immediately after that, his boots pulsed in a blue glow as he stumped at the floor. In a second, he was propelled high into the sky, straight in the direction of the cube-shaped box that hung there like a chandelier.------------------------Passive Ability: Intuition of a Seer has been triggered.--------------------Before the bullet was even shot, Morales’s premonition senses were already triggered as he immediately ducked, dodging the teeth-like bullet that had a red las

The rule of the island still applied in this golden-mist world. None of the warriors here could use abilities or any external help that was not a specialty of their main class, they could only fight with their real abilities. Despite this fact, all 5 of the people here were experts. Even as the Psychic effects continued affecting him, making him feel like he was going mad and making his eyes turn red, Morales was still able to grit his teeth and monitor his surroundings. From the corner of his eyes, he saw the Psychic already close to him as the fellow touched his lizard-head with one hand while focusing all his attention on him. Behind him, the Wraith was already flying closer, and the Boxing King was rushing closer with his Pugilist energy flaring wildly. From the golden sky, Vice Admiral Machine was already flying down with another gun in his hands. Seeing this, Morales made his decision. ---------------------------

This was a sign of a good omen towards the overall mission. None of the warriors that were recruited into the vanguard team cheered though, this was because they knew that this was just the calm before the storm. This act that they just started was an act of war! Inside the necromancy domain was like a dark endless void filled with chaotic space that kept on ravaging through anything that they could devour. It was now night, but the effects of the night here were amplified several folds. The extreme darkness, gloominess, and absolute silence gave this region the spookiest attribute that it could afford. This strange vacant void seemed spooky, but not to the warriors that came for this mission who were all battle-hardened veterans. None of them were flustered, they kn

The hunting alliance already put everything in order before convening this gathering. From the most important warrior to the least important, even the mysterious Elder Lorrain of the Clifford family were all present. Like before, Pirate Admiral Frenzy was the one who stood up to speak. He was seated alongside his fellow counterparts at the very front of the hall. Morales eyed these seats. With his current status as a Grade C- expert, if he revealed his real strength, he could easily become one of the higher-ups of this alliance. Despite the fame and prestige that may follow, Morales was okay with being prudent. He already had his own plans in place for this mission. “Who is this?” Morales was confused at first on seeing his ringing communication device, but as soon as he picked up the call, his confusion cleared and was quickly replaced by surprise and speculations. “Morales, right?” On hearing the dignified voice that reverberated from the other side of the virtual projection screen, Morales snapped out of his daze. “Esteemed Pirate Admiral!” Morales quickly expressed his respect by standing up. Being contacted so suddenly by the well-known Frenzy Psychic, Morales experienced a rapid rush of emotions. It did not take him long before he connected this call to the achievements of his fleet in the just-concluded campaign. Though he really wanted to know the reason why this Pirate Admiral called, he did not dare keep him waiting. He put on the most polite smile that he could before asking the universal question. “To what honor am I receiving this unexpected call?” On hearing t
