My face glowed with sadness as my best friend combed my brown shadowed hair and fixed it into a bun. It is my wedding day and unlike other brides, it's one of the saddest days of my life.

Dolly made to apply makeup but I stopped her. "Why should I add color to my face when my life is about to loose its color. " I mumbled as I stared into the mirror to behold a really sad young lady dressed in white and looked more like a forced bride.

"Don't say that Di. You're getting married, not like it's a burial or something.".
