“Who’s to say those aren’t clothes you bought from a random unknown shop? Not to mention, you’ve only acted unreasonably since stepping into the hospital! You must now do as the law says and pay your outstanding bills before leaving! Alternatively, you could go back to your hotel and gather some money before returning for the patient. Either way, I’d advise against digging up every last coin you have to pay the bills in one go, as you’ll end up a pauper.” While saying that, the director smirked.

A faint growl came from Darius as he sighed. Pivoting on his heel, he then ordered, “Edward!”

It did not take long for Edward to fetch a wheelchair over.

Once Darius gingerly placed Zack onto the wheelchair, he straightened his back and waved dismissively. “Get Zack out of here.”

Edward stiffened, his brows knitting while he did not do as told. He merely stood by Darius’ side in silence. He held his ground, not wanting to leave, despite knowing he would get punished when all of this was over.
