Chapter 77

"Come on!" Aiden exclaimed as he hit the horse he was riding.

The horse soared through the air, jumped over a large tree root, and landed perfectly. The corner of Aiden's lips lifted. He thought he wouldn't be able to jump over the root, but it looked like he should be proud of his riding skills.

Aiden hit his horse again to make it move faster. The puff of dust in the air got bigger as the horse's pace got faster.

Don't let Hendrik insult me again, Aiden thought. He shouted encouraging his horse to catch up with Hendrik, who was already quite far ahead of him. Aiden beat his horse, while continuing to spur the horse on.

"Hoi, Aiden! Have you given up?" Hendrik shouted without looking back. He laughed loudly, thinking that Aiden would just give up.

Aiden chuckled. There was no giving up in Aiden's dictionary. As long as he was still able to fight, he would not stop halfway. What's more, Aiden was confident he would win. Racing a horse was not a difficult thing for Aiden.
