The Calvary marched on toward the palace as stealthily as they could. Miranda was at the front of them all, besides her were Elle and Hela, and beside them were Lord Henry and Kevin. Miranda stood by the window as she witnessed the rising of the sun. It felt like it was the first sunlight she had experienced since she was born. Damek hid behind a tree as the group of mages and soldiers sent by Miranda to bring them in dashed past them. The mages used magic to try and locate them but Damek was fast enough to create a fake magical trail for them to follow. He watched as they ran towards the trail and then, dashed back to the little cave where he and Richmond were hiding.Since the events of the previous night, the entire capital has been swarming with guards and soldiers. Damek did not know where most of them came from. They had been dormant until then. He was certain he had underestimated the power of the Elderien people and that was weird since he was once one of them.
