“Sheila,” he called.

“Your lackey said you needed to see me,” she blurted out.

Abraham turned to face her, studying her up and down, “Go out with me.”

Sheila tilted her head back to get a better view of Abraham's face, expecting to see him struggling to hold back his laughter or for him to tell her that he was joking just to get a reaction out of her, but it was quite the contrary Abraham's face was set without any emotion as he studied her face awaiting her response. She raised a brow at him in question, what is with the sudden asking out? It was completely out of context in her opinion and completely unnecessary, or was this a trap to finally lure her in?

“What is with the strange look?” Abraham quizzed, eyeing her face with a deep scowl.

She snapped out of her thoughts at the sound of his voice and forced a smile onto her face, “Nothing really, just wondering what I had done to deserve such an honor to have the mighty Abraham Connor asking me to go out with him,” she teased moving
