Hallucination

Inside the car, Shan stepped hard on the accelerator, "Die, die!" He shouted while laughing maniacally.

He just happened to pass by this route on his way home because it was a fast way, unexpectedly he saw Max walking so he thought of seeking revenge. As he got closer, his laughter grew louder, feeling that only by killing Max could he ease the anger and embarrassment he felt.

He was just about to hit Max, but when he did, he hit nothing and Max vanished into the thin air. The smile disappeared from his face and he immediately stepped on the brakes, the car skidded a few meters before coming to a stop.

Shan got out of the car and looked around like a madman, "Where did he go?!" He rubbed his eyes, "He's gone? How did he disappear?!" He exclaimed in anger.

Suddenly, he laughed like a madman, "Am I hallucinating?" He asked himself while laughing and thinking that he was going crazy with extreme hatred towards Max.
