Superman?

Jed threw a series of wild punches, each one more frantic than the last. The recruits watched, initially sure that Jed's aggressive moves would finally take Max down. But to their surprise, Max, who looked thin and not very strong, easily dodged every hit. With each miss, Max casually gave Jed a light slap on the face, which only made Jed more annoyed.

"Why can't I hit you?" Jed growled, frustration evident in his voice as he swung again, only to meet air.

Max chuckled, sidestepping another punch. "It's all about timing, Jed. You should try it sometime," he teased, delivering another gentle slap.

Jed's face was now red and swollen, resembling a ripe tomato. Panting heavily, he paused and asked, "Why are you so quick?"

Max grinned, shrugging nonchalantly. "That's what happens when you're kept on your toes by a wonderful wife," he replied with a playful glint in his eye.
