The two women stood confused as the manager packed up their purchases and handed the many bags over to Mary Lynn. Camille was about to protest, wondering why the manager was handing their purchases over to Mary but they soon realized when Mary held the bags out to them.

“Thank you so much for your patronage,” Mary said in her sweet, polite voice. “Would you like someone to help you take your shopping bags to your cars. We reserve only the finest treatment for our best customers as you must know.”

Kimberly was stunned, she stood silent, confused.

Camille's scoffed. “Hold on,” she said. “You work here? I really overestimated you. What, is the lottery money all gone? Or has Luthan gotten tired of spending on you? You got too comfortable with all that money he wasted on you and now find yourself working in customer service huh?”

Mary Lynn shook her head slowly. She handed the bags to the sales persons nearby. “Actually, this is my store.”
