Vernon quickly made his way to the living room. There, Mr Fernandes, Mr Gray and Mr Gajeel sat and chatted. They had worn their magic robes properly and were ready to leave for today's match.

Seeing them, Vernon immediately bowed and said, "Morning, Mr Fernandes, Mr Gray, Mr Gajeel, sorry to keep you waiting."

They stopped talking and looked at Vernon.

Mr Fernandes smiled and said, "Although your level has not increased, your strength seems to grow. Today, those nobles will get a good show."

Vernon smiled and said, "My strength did improve a bit during training this week."

Mr Gray shouted, "Come on, why talk while standing like that? Sit here, Vernon. We'll have breakfast before your match; after all, one can't fight if they're hungry, right? Mirajane was currently cooking. Although she's a noble, cooking is very good, so we should have breakfast first."
