The Ancient Blaze Clansmen who had come to watch the match in disguise couldn’t help but think of Rae when they looked at Alec.

It was as if a rush of locked-up memories came flooding back to them as they observed Alec with his spiky hair, now dyed in the blood-red colour that signified the members of the Ancient Blaze Clan.

“Bring it on, and stop trying to do the referee’s job,” Alec replied, glaring back at Yama, his remark clearly annoyed Yama, as it was a subtle jab at Yama’s excessive talking.

Wasting no time, Yama swung his massive weapon behind him and launched himself off the ground, as he shuffled toward Alec, his afterimage trailing behind.

Seeing Yama finally make his move, Alec responded in kind, as he stomped his right foot into the ground and shifted into a stance as he moved his whole body forward.
