[Evolution Path Found]

× Silver Body Golem Stage 2 Iron Body Type (Cost: 250,000 system points and 25,000 mana)

That was the only option that appeared for Arthur’s golem, and while Alec wasn’t surprised, given that it was an iron body type, he had just hoped the system would offer another variation for the golem’s evolution or another branch that was a little bit different from what the Gordons normally followed.

Alec had acquired some knowledge about the iron body golem from the information transferred to him by the system from his ancestors’ texts.

It was said that the iron body golem had a singular evolutionary route for each rank.

At the low ranks, it existed as a bronze body golem which is the Stage 1; at the mid rank, it evolves to the silver body stage, which is the Stage 2.

At the high ranks, it finally reaches the golden body stage, which is the Stage 3, though it was a known rumour that the third Elder of the Gordon clan, a gifted genius, had discovered a method

With all noise eliminated, Alec was finally able to concentrate fully on the multitude of tasks he had at hand. Those outside the sphere could still see what he was doing, and when they noticed the cauldron opening and Alec exerting his gravity manipulation to force the golem inside, shock rippled through the crowd.Boom! Alec ignited his Mana with his flame element, forming hell flames beneath the cauldron. Unlike typical red flames that would extinguish without support, the hell flames could endure and burn until the Mana infused within them dissipated. Variant flames were especially special; because without them, forgers could never create great spirit equipment, nor could alchemists craft super pills, it all came down to the variant flames. Since the hell flames were established first as a foundation, when the red flames were summoned by Alec and directed beneath the levitating cauldron, they melded with the hell flames, amplifying the flame power. At this point, sweat drip

[Inspect] Name: - Golem Type: Iron Body Golem, Silver Stage Tier: 4 (Peak) Rank: Rare Affinity: Metal, Earth, Light (Unawakened)Examining the golem’s new status felt like he was receiving an unexpected gift, Alec had never anticipated that not only would the flaw in the golem’s evolution be corrected, but it would also be pushed to the peak of Tier 4, just a few steps away from entering the Tier 5 rank. And when it did it would be levelled at the same realm as its master, which would make their combined battle power reach new heights. Alec was aware of the effort he had put in; he had taken each step himself following the step by step guide, rather than relying on the system to work its magic in a split second like it use to do for every upgrade Alec golems go through. He understood that he had merely helped recreate the golem’s body, connect and heal the damaged energy passage in its body, all the energy that Arthur had been sharing with it had been locked a

Brandon leaned against a nearby corner of the training room that was assigned to their team, eager to watch all the action unfold.“Don’t waste any more time, merge!” Alec urged Arthur, who was waiting in the middle with him. Seeing the urgency in Alec’s expression, Arthur wasted no time casting the merge spell, his silver body golem shattered into countless pieces before merging seamlessly with his body.Alec observed, absentmindedly caressing his jaw, no matter how many times he witnessed the merge spell, it always reminded him of Iron Man transformation, one of his favourite movies from his past world. However, his train of thought was abruptly interrupted when Arthur’s transformation was complete. As a massive surge of mana pressure radiated outward in all directions, with Arthur at the center. It felt almost as if he were controlling the wind with his aura alone. Brandon’s lip twitched as he watched from the side, previously, before Alec helped Arthur correct his golem’s e

Bang! A sonic explosion erupted as Vladimir kept Morgana occupied in the air, ensuring she would be unable to assist her teammates, who were being picked off easily by his own team members. The Battle Mage Academy was not named that way for nothing; when it came to group battles, they were arguably the best among all the great academies. The only way to effectively deal with them was to have very strong individuals restraining them, and with the Onyx academy captain being absent from the battlefield with his large reserve of undead, made a significant difference. It quickly turned into a dog-eat-dog scenario, and such chaotic scenes were where the Battle Mage Academy thrived the most.In the VIP section, the elders of high and ancient clans, along with a few deans of the academies who had the privilege of sitting there, all appeared bored as they watched the fight unfold. “Seriously, this is all boring, given the current setup, we should already know who’s going to win the match,

Arthur slid across the ground, dragging his sword into the earth to cushion the force propelling him backward. As he raised his head, his vision was filled with Legion's spear piercing through the air, hurtling directly toward him. Legion grows more serious about the fight, the more minutes he spent surviving, and Arthur found himself being pushed around the training hall with little chance to recover.Though they were in the same cultivation realm, but there was no denying that Legion’s superior experience and countless battles gave him a decisive edge in the spar. Arthur could only dream of matching that level of mastery.Bang!Arthur raised his sword just in time, using its broad blade to deflect Legion’s strike to the side, the sheer force behind the spear sent tremors through his arm as he deflected it, and he felt a searing laser slash past his ear, missing by mere inches. Gritting his teeth, he steeled himself and launched a low left hook, as his fist glowed with metal eleme

Before Alec and Brandon stood a very tall-looking golem. Yes, Alec had helped in creating a golem for Brandon, but no matter how many times he looked at it, he still felt like he was staring at a Treant Guardian that was supposed to live in the forest. He struggled to accept why it was called a golem at all considering its nature. But when he turned to look at Brandon, however, he saw the beaming smile on his lips and knew at that moment he wasn’t going to ruin this happy moment for him with his assumption of why such creation should not be called a golem. Alec had laid out the two choices he felt were suitable for him after consulting the system, and Brandon had chosen the mutated wood golem. Yet, Brandon had remained puzzled about how Alec was supposed to work his magic and help him create a wood golem, especially since neither of them possessed a Plant element affinity.Even Arthur had asked how the Fourth Elder had created such a golem with a Plant element, but that questio

The king of the Northern Kingdom sat on his throne, propping his chin up with his left hand. As a group of eccentric-looking mage elders entered the throne room, where he was deep in discussion with his right and left generals."This better be good!" the king retorted, eyeing the elders who had come to visit him, as he waved his hands to his general signalling for the to leave the room. "Your Majesty, I have come to report on the task you assigned to us," one of the elders said."Yes, what is the progress?" the king asked, impatience evident in his voice."There have been no disturbances in space since that day, and we did everything we could to pinpoint the location of the tear with the lingering aura," the elder continued, his tone somber. "However, we have failed in this endeavour, it seems that the aura from the tear has completely dissipated as the space has recovered, leaving us unable to complete the task you entrusted to us." The elder bowed his head as low as possible, hop

“You’re from the Coral Clan, right?” the Fourth Elder asked almost immediately after he and the Third Elder had saved the mag, who had already given up on any chance of survival. He had asked because he recognized the emblem on the mage’s robe, the Coral Clan was one of the oldest clans in the city, just like the Gordons. While they weren’t particularly close, they had never been at odds either, to the Fourth and Third Elders, that was reason enough to help him.“Yes, I am… Sorry you have to see me like this, come on, behead me now. I don’t want to turn into one of those things. If I die from the pain, I’ll just end up attacking my allies. Do it properly—make sure I don’t turn.” The man responded, his voice strained. With a grim expression, he pulled his robe aside, revealing the rapid spread of the infection. Black, bulging veins climbed up his neck from his wounded hand, forming a twisted web beneath his skin, proof of how quickly the zombie virus was taking hold. For now, he w

Despite the fact that Knight had advanced to the mid-rank, he still couldn’t cast his shadow spells instantaneously, this was proof of how deep and complex the shadow element truly was, only a high-rank shadow mage with enough proficiency could perform such a spell effortlessly, even without even it’s chants.Though while it might seem like his cool down time hadn’t improved much, or had even increased when carrying someone, the spell itself had evolved in other ways. Its stealth had become far more refined, and the strikes he delivered after emerging from the shadows now carried additional power. Alec had personally pushed him to refine this particular spell while also practicing what the others focused on and that is mastering their assigned Tier 5 spells .As a result, Knight had only managed to advance that certain shadow travel spell to Intermediate Level 1, but even that was enough to make him a terror on the battlefield, embodying what it means to be a true assassin-class mag

They were hunting down lots of Tier 4 zombies all the way to Tier 5 Mutated zombies at an astonishing rate, among them, Arthur stood out, not just for his efficiency but for his flair, as he was fully clad in silver armour formed by his golem, he embodied flashiness to the fullest as he looked like a silver knight from medieval time.He was surfing through the battlefield with twin silver blades conjured from his metal abilities, while riding on the earth wave spell that had been casted on what looked like an earth glide board, he then displayed a swordsmanship style that was both unorthodox and newly refined. It was the result of two gruelling weeks of training under Alec, though calling it training was generous, as Alec had simply forced Arthur to fight him repeatedly with weapons, delivering crushing defeats to Arthur until the weapon mastery took root.Unlike traditional swordsmen, Arthur’s style was uniquely his own, something Alec suspected was influenced by the system itself.

#A Few Minutes EarlierAs Titan rampaged through the Tier 6 Mutated Zombies, Legion turned toward Alec with a question.“Master, if you won’t mind me asking, you’ve given Titan free rein to move as he likes because he’s in the Tier 6 realm and practically can dominate the mid-rank battlefield, and killing him is close to impossible unless a Tier 7 is deployed there.”“And even if a slightly strong Tier 7 zombie were dispatched, as long as he stays close to his golems and maintains his Domain, he would be able to survive even if he couldn’t kill his opponent, right?”Legion’s question made Alec furrow his brows, wondering where this crafty golem was trying to lead the conversation, but he decided to entertain him and replied honestly by nodding his head, only for Legion’s next words to make him laugh, even though it also put him in a tight spot.“Does that mean I’m also allowed a free role in this battlefield? After all, not only am I a Tier 6 golem, but I also have a ten-golem squad

Now, as Titan stared at his mace, a wild smile spread across his face, as he knew they wouldn’t be able to stop him anymore. If the zombies had attacked him together, they might have forced him onto the defensive until his lieutenants were free to assist. But their overconfidence had been their downfall, they had underestimated him, believing only two of them were enough to handle him, instead, those two had only served to empower him, and now, as he glanced downward, he could feel the Domain’s power creeping closer, his lieutenants were approaching pushing heir battle forward, which meant his strength was about to be augmented once again.“Final round,” Titan muttered, moving his hand to grip his mace once more, he twisted his right hand around the free space on the ice chain before wrapping his fingers tightly around the handle.By now, the entire ice mace had turned pitch black, and the corpse of the strength-type zombie on the ground was completely drained, looking as if its ve

With Bulwark and the rest of the Ice Lieutenants handling the remaining Tier 5 mutated zombies, Titan finally had the freedom he needed, the freedom to go after the Mental-type zombie without any distractions, even before landing, he noticed the thirty Tier 6 mutated zombies staring at him like he was some kind of fool. Titan recognized that look all too well, but he was more than ready to wipe the smugness off their faces, turning his left hand, he tightened the ice chain wrapped around it while gripping the end chain of the massive mace with his right. As he began spinning the weapon in the air, its size grew with each rotation, yet none of the Tier 6 zombies showed any signs of concern. They were confident, after all, they were in the same realm as Titan, they felt like ‘why should they feel pressured by a mere golem?’ Two strength-type, Tier 6 zombies lunged forward the moment Titan began swinging his mace downward, while the rest focused on escorting the Mental-type zo

Above Estonia City, from various clan houses, high- and mid-rank mages could be seen levitating, watching the battle unfold from a distance. For mid-tier mages, seeing the battlefield clearly from such a far-off vantage point, especially without standing at the city gates was difficult. However, by focusing mana into their eyes, they could sharpen their vision enough to observe specific angles with clarity.High-rank mages, on the other hand, had no such limitations, their breakthroughs into the High rank had fundamentally transformed their bodies, pushing them beyond human limits, so something like seeing across vast distances without expending mana was effortless, a mere afterthought. At this moment, every single mage watching from the city, even the city guards observing the battlefield was fixated on one particular group—the Gordons Clan mages.Expressions varied, some were surprised, some relieved, some wore smug “I told you so” looks, while others were filled with caution.Non

The Ice Domain had not only expanded but it had also begun severely impacting the zombies, their movement and attack speed were significantly reduced, making them easy prey for the golems, for the Tier 4 zombies , survival became nearly impossible, as they were rapidly frozen into solid ice sculptures while combating for long under the ice domain, their Tier 4 undead mana wasn’t enough to shield the cold aura from invading their bodies. This was hardly surprising, considering the domain was powered by Ice Golems’ use of ice energy, with the weakest among them already at High Tier 5, against such overwhelming frost energy, Tier 4 zombies stood no chance.Unfortunately for the zombies, deactivating or escaping the domain was looking impossible, as to deactivate would mean all eleven of them run out of mana at the same time or a stronger Fire based domain crashed and destroyed the ice domain. The Ice Domain moved along with the golems, ensuring they remained in its chilling grasp, thi

“Move out,” Titan commanded, his voice sounding like the grinding of glaciers, as his unit of ice golems advanced in unison, each step exuding an overwhelming, oppressive aura, as they moved, the Tier 4 zombies that had been frozen by Titan’s earlier attack crumbled into fine icy dust beneath their feet, as if they had never existed.Bang! The mutated zombies retaliated, a particularly fast Tier 5 agility-type zombie lunged at one of Titan’s lieutenants, the golem wielding dual shields by using its speed to its advantage. Its claws slashed forward in a blur, aiming to tear through the ice construct.Clang! The ice golem raised its broad left shield, allowing the zombie’s claws to scrape against the surface, the screech of bone claw against solid ice was unbearable, but before the zombie could follow up, the golem struck back, a swift, low uppercut aimed at its jaw, but the zombie barely managed to dodge, twisting its body out of reach.Boom! But before it could regain its footing, the
