Limits

Claire and Octavia just finished taking down their second and third great wolf. This may look easy but, this cannot be any further from the truth. The two of them actually had a very hard time finishing of their current opponent. And this is all because of the same thing that Asther observed.

“Hey, is it just me or are these guys actually getting stronger?” Octavia asked as she caught her breath.

“They seem the same as they were earlier.” Claire responded. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Oh yeah? You’re really good at bluffing then milady.” Octavia said.

Two more great wolves were released from the barricade of the undeads yet again. This time, the defenses of these summons almost didn’t hold. In fact, it looked almost as if one more would break through. Thankfully, Asther was able to relocate one undead just on time to stop the extra great wolf from passing through.

“There’s definitely something going on here.” Octavia said again as she saw the event that just transpired.
