Asther summoned his weapon which came out exactly where he wanted it to. The whole process still felt strange to Asther. Especially because he has been used to assembling his sniper rifle right before he kills someone. Not adding the fact that he also needs to make sure that this weapon is well secured and hidden in order for his cover to not be blown.

These worries do not exist anymore because of how magic works in the world of Jhinn. That is why the necromancer also found it funny that it is this way. If he was in earth, something like this would not be possible at all. And now this begs the question of whether or not Jhinn is actually a pre-evolved world or, if it’s just that the people have learned to live so comfortably with their magic that technology never progressed much – Asther thinks it’s the latter.
