There is a single concept that the necromancer wants to apply in the creation of Noir. That is, it needs to be as handy as a modern sniper rifle. Asther has held his hands of various types of these throughout his career as an assassin. And so he already has his preferences on the type of sniper rifle that he would wield. And because of the laws that govern the world of Jhinn, this can easily be done. Asther can create the weapon that he desires. But, more importantly, the necromancer can go beyond this.Asther does not only have the means to improve the current Prototype. No. The necromancer also has enough understanding of the weapon and the materials that he currently has in order to attempt something crazy. With what the necromancer currently wields, he plans to create an Ego Sniper Rifle. This does not exist in Jhinn. The very concept of a sniper rifle does not exist in this world so it goes without saying that an ego weapon of this category does not exist as well. Asther plans to
[Weapon Name: Noir][Weapon Type: Ego Sniper Rifle][Weapon Grade: A+][Information: The weapon is created from the various monster parts. Some of which have legendary rarity.]What the necromancer likes about this is the fact that his system can now finally classify the things that he is making. These are not unknown items anymore. They are registered within the system and, this is caused by the fact that Asther has his calibration passive now. With this skill, the system gets an easier time understanding things. It is able to find the logic with the things that Asther is doing, as well as clarify things since these are literally needed to be inlaid in the system in order to begin the calibration. With all of that being said, Asther now has the best of what he wants to happen for his items. For all of them to be classified, in a way that his analysis would work on these completely.[Information: A weapon forged using an unknown method. This weapon holds an incredible amount of power
Asther’s strategy is simple. He’s making the weapon feel like crap. He’s making the sword feel like it’s not worth anything. That even though it’s actually an [A+] weapon, the amount of power and relevance that it contains is so small that it almost seems like it doesn’t exist at all. This is the plan. This is the necromancer’s plan. But for this strategy to fully work, Asther still needs one last thing. He needs to prove himself to the weapon.“You don’t care about the power that I can grant you?” Noir asked.“No.” Asther said. “Your power might let me finish the enemies quicker but, even without it, I can handle myself perfectly fine.”“Wait, come to think of it, what is your job class?” The weapon asked. The ego weapon, although having a consciousness, is not all knowing. Just because it is wielded by a human, does not mean that it will automatically know everything about the human that will possess it.The only thing that the weapon knows is that Asther has black mana. If the necr
“You’re a necromancer?”“Didn’t I just tell you to keep quiet?”The necromancer began the fight by distributing his undead Direwolves within the battlefield. The terra golems recognized these as the enemies and began fighting back. Pummeling the Direwolves easily. Even with Asther’s undead being a lot faster and having sharp fangs and claws that are optimized for offense, this means nothing to the defensive capabilities of the terra golems.Hence the fight is already one sided. In favor of the opposing monsters which didn’t have to bother defending because, the Direwolves doesn’t even seem to be dealing any sort of damage at all.“Ha! Look at your sorry state!” Noir said. “You really are all talk.”The ego weapon said this after getting a good look at the battle. Even with everything being this way, Asther isn’t doing anything to change the tides as well. That is why his weapon is ridiculing him and belittling him at that moment. Other than this, the necromancer isn’t even making a si
Asther continued killing the golems. The poor creatures didn’t even stand a chance against the necromancer. Just like all the monsters that Asther already killed before, these golems didn’t stand a chance against him. With the necromancer finally having the combination that he needs.Asther doesn’t only have his undead. Asther has a sniper rifle. As an assassin back on earth, thee only thing he should prioritize is killing a single target. But that’s just not possible. In Jhinn, Asther can’t just kill the hero. No. The necromancer needs to stack up his kills first. He needs to level up. He needs to get stronger. He needs to acquire all of the necessary materials in order to forge better weapons and equipment. That is what Asther needs. This is the kind of thing that he needs to continue doing. That is why his fighting style back on earth wont work on Jhinn. Once he snipes one target, the others would come for him right after. And this would cause a problem for him. One which Asther wo
Dark mana enveloped Asther from head to toe. A large amount of it that is twice the size of what consumed Octavia. But, unlike the experience of the female knight, Asther isn’t being hurt by the said mana. Instead, the mana is like nothing more than a cold wind. With a dark purple magic circle glowing right below the necromancer.Asther can easily stop this if it is anything dangerous. All he needs to do is to activate the dark mana canisters and take in all of the dark mana in these containers. But he knows that this isn’t the case. He knows that the mana is not a threat to him and, that is why he allowed whatever was happening to continue.[Filles of the Ego Weapon: Noir are being transferred to the System Interface][Calculating time remaining…][00:00:59][5%]The notifications that came up while Asther is within the burst of dark mana didn’t surprise him anymore. In all honesty, he wasn’t even able to see the full details that comes with his weapons. The overall piercing power. T
[Skill Name: Death’s Reward][Skill Type: Passive][Skill Grade: A][Mana Consumption: 300 per activation][Skill Information: This is a skill that is obtained from the ego sniper rifle named Noir. As a superior ego weapon, there is a percentage of these skills that can still be activated even if the weapon is not equipped.][Skill Information: The grade of the skill will not go up no matter what happens.][Skill Information: Although a passive skill, it can be deactivated when the user chooses to.][Skill Information: When the skill is in effect, a temporary immunity to damage would be gained. This immunity lasts for five seconds and would only be in effect once five kills have been met. Upon reaching the required damage, the passive will automatically activate.][Skill Information: The immunity does not include the damage that can be received from the other skills of the weapon.]“That’s a bummer.”Asther really thought that he’d be able to escape the damage that the weapon would de
“Focus on the attack!”Claire backed away as Parch dashed in to a group of goblins. Bashing them with his weapon that served as a shield at that moment. With the goblins being momentarily stunned, this is immediately followed by Tyre who swiftly made his way through the file of goblins. Slitting their throats one by one and killing them in a single blow.“That was easy enough.” The thief said after all of the goblins he killed turned into mana particles.“Don’t let your guard down!” Claire said as a group of goblins immediately came up after this. The group would’ve been surrounded by the new group of goblins, if not for Octavia who released a wave of dark mana. Killing a couple of goblins from the left side that gave an opening for the three to escape to.“Hey! Focus!” Octavia barked. The reason why she’s not helping the three is because she already has her hands full with the leaders of the goblins. Yes. Leaders. There isn’t just one but instead, two leaders of these goblins. One of
