When Adrian arrived back home that day, his face scrunched up from exhaustion and yet he could not put behind what had happened today at Avery's office. The more he thought about it, the more confused he had become, and he could not place his hand around why she would act the way she did today.

Adrian let out a long sigh, knowing that he was having dinner with the rest of the family today; although that wasn't something that he wanted, it was one of those days that he could not escape it.

He was about striding to the bathroom when he noticed the ceramic pot that was given to him by his master. Just yesterday, Adrian had stared at the pot and it was starting to bring out plant roots.
