Klein had never gotten the opportunity to speak to Avery one-on-one, even during those times when he had to drive them to their destination, but right now, she was standing at his door and not to mention that she was looking over her shoulders; he knew for a certain that something was wrong.

“Have you spoken to Adrian since he arrived?”

“No. He is still overwhelmed by his family and doesn't recognize me, I think he needs some time ma”
