Julius threw his hands up, "You must be lying! Everyone knows who Luckystone is!" Julius shouted, stopping whatever Jeff was trying to say. Even the most ignorant person would know who this woman was and how influential her name was in this country.
"Luckystone is the wealthiest family in the country of Scasia! Talk sense, and don't try to fool me, I won't be fooled!" Julius insisted, adamantly rejecting Jeff's words. His father was just an ordinary worker, so how could he be related to such a rich woman? Julius and Luckystone's lives were obviously very different, they were polar opposites.
Jeff stood up after kneeling for a long time, "That's how it is, Master Julius. Madam Elisa is very ill, and she only has you. So, she wants to make you her successor." Jeff had the important task of convincing Julius to take him home tonight.
"You must be making this up! I won't believe it." The man had thought about it, a Luckystone couldn't have a family like his. He had even been banished by the Cellen family.
"But I have fought the people who have kept you. I wouldn't have bothered to do that if I had bad intentions." Jeff assured Julius that his arrival was for a good cause. It was challenging to defeat many people just for the sake of one person if he wasn't that important.
"I still won't believe it. I've been tricked so many times without solid evidence, I won't believe a word you say!" Julius insisted on rejecting Jeff's notice. He saw the man in the white suit take something out from under his neat suit jacket. It was a folder with the hospital logo.
"You can see for yourself, Master Julius." The man showed him data from the hospital about a DNA test from a well-known hospital. Julius read it carefully and was astonished, even his eyes widened!
"If this is mine, when did you take it? This is the first time we met!" Julius mimicked, although his eyes focused on reading the data before him. This was the DNA match data between him and Madam Elisa Luckystone. Obviously, this was valid and accountable data.
"Do you remember helping an old man outside the office? That's me," Jeff said calmly. Jeff had disguised himself as an old man to trick Julius' eyes. He needed to approach his mission to succeed and avoid getting caught by the target.
Julius tried to recall, then remembered if he had helped an old man outside his office some time ago. The old man was almost knocked down by Julius, who was in a hurry, and Julius held him to prevent anything bad from happening.
"While you were holding me to keep me from falling, that's when I grabbed your hair so fast you didn't even notice." Now, Julius was glaring as Jeff explained. He clearly didn't realize his hair had been stolen. Apparently, he needed to be more vigilant. Or was it Jeff who was working so meticulously?
Julius also didn't know that Jeff had doubts about the truth about him. That's why Jeff stayed close to Julius for more than a week. He watched everything Julius did and reported it to his employer. Without any suspicious movements, Jeff investigated everything about his future master.
In fact, Jeff also saw all the devious things Noel did to Julius. How the man and his daughter fooled Julius under the guise of returning a favour that never really existed.
"Then, when the DNA test came out and Master Julius' condition worsened, I was ordered to immediately take you away from the Cellen family residence." Julius was so shocked that the man had to step back because he was surprised by the amount of information he received at one time. This meant that Jeff also knew many of the bad things that had happened to Julius.
To be honest, Jeff was furious with the Cellen family's behaviour, especially Bella and Noel. But he refrained from interfering until he received direct orders from Julius.
Julius needed clarification. He didn't know anything about the Luckystone family other than they were wealthy. And now, Jeff was saying that he was part of the family. He felt very uneasy.
"Sir, don't refuse this offer. You are the right person. After all, don't you need strength too? You can't fight Noah under these circumstances." Jeff urged Julius to accept his offer to return to the Luckystone family.
Yes, it was true what Jeff said. He needed strength and support to get justice.
Even though it felt a little wrong, Noel had to be taught a lesson not to be arbitrary anymore.
Finally, Julius made up his mind. He turned his head and looked at Jeff.
"If I do come from a very rich family, does that mean I can get revenge?" he asked Jeff. He handed the folder he had been holding back to Jeff.
"Of course, Sir! You can get back at them easily. If you wish, I will move immediately as you ordered." Jeff bent his body, waiting for orders. To him, Julius' every word was absolute and simple. For the sake of his master, Jeff could do anything.
"No!" Julius shook his head. He rubbed his jaw in thought. There were several things he had to consider before speaking. Julius couldn't be rash in his decision-making.
"I'll test you first as proof. If you fail, I won't follow you. And if you succeed and can prove your words, I will rethink your previous offer." Julius challenged Jeff's ability first. After all, it wouldn't be funny if it turned out that this man was only good at talking nonsense.
After all, if Jeff was indeed a servant from a wealthy family and had power, it wouldn't be difficult to realize his request. Nowadays, everything can be bought with money, including law and trust.
"Say it, Master Julius!" And Jeff happily accepted. The man looked so confident. Whatever Julius told him to do, he could do just as Madam Elisa had told him to do. And Jeff didn't come empty-handed either. He was equipped with skills that would be useful in helping Julius solve his problems.
"In that case, I want one of Mr. Noel's scandals exposed. Anything, but I want something big and unexpected. Can you do it?" challenged Julius with his arms crossed. Noel had always kept his every secret well. This was a challenging task. Julius had been following Noel for two years, and in all that time, he had yet to find a scandal that could bring Noel down. The man was very good at keeping a low profile on the outside and on the people he had double desires for.
Jeff smiled, "That's easy, Master Julius! You'll have it in less than thirty minutes." Jeff picked up his cell phone and typed something into it. The man looked relaxed as if the task Julius had given him was a tap of the finger.
Julius looked at him sceptically and started looking at the old clock in his hand. How long could this man keep his word? Indeed, what kind of connections did Jeff have to be able to carry out the orders Julius gave him in such a short time? The man even gave his own tempo.
Until the twentieth minute, Jeff smiled a little. "You can see this, sir!"
Jeff handed over his phone and was immediately wide-eyed. The news of Noel's girlfriend being forced to have an abortion was trending on the evening news.
Photos attached show how harshly the man treated his lover and even a threatening letter asking her to have an abortion.
Julius looked back at Jeff and got a nod. It was easy for Jeff to get the information Julius had asked him for.
"You're really fast!" praised Julius with satisfaction. He really liked Jeff's neat and clean way of working. If this keeps up, Julius can reach his goal soon. The man was still staring in disbelief at the drawings Jeff had done in just twenty minutes! "We could destroy the Cellen family if this is how you work." Jeff nodded in agreement and couldn't wait to do it under Julius' orders. It would be great to get back at that ignorant family! "Sure Master, it's an easy thing. Give me an order, and I'll do as you ask." Julius was more than happy to hear Jeff's words. Now, he was a little more certain that this man was a servant of a wealthy family! "Master, it's getting late. We'd better get out of here. It's not impossible for the people from the debt collector to call for reinforcements and find us now." Jeff interrupted respectfully. He reminded them of the danger they could be in if they didn't leave immediately. Julius looked at Jeff, "Where are we going? I have no place to stay.
Julius would always remember who they were. They were one of the few friends Bella had ever met. The few times they met, they always said bad things and insulted Julius at will. They even told Julius that he was an annoying sewer rat. Knowing that the atmosphere would not improve if he stayed there, Julius chose to remain ignorant. Julius casually turned around, walking away from the two people staring at him. "Heh, sewer rat! Where are you going? I'm not done talking to you yet!" he snapped with a hand roughly grabbing Julius' back collar. Julius, unprepared, stumbled and almost fell to the asphalt. Unable to hold back, Julius returned the stares of the two people in front of him with equally fierce looks. "Did you look like that, huh? Do you dare me now?" he challenged as he rolled his shirt sleeves even higher. "He won't dare Ron! That stinking rat doesn't have the guts to fight you! He's got no one now!" The woman, Tina, fanned her face with her hands. The woman laughed mocki
"Your mouth is so big, huh?! Did you take the wrong medicine?" Ron teased with widened eyes. He found Julius' remark completely unfounded. Julius smiled wryly, "Isn't that you with the big mouth, Ron? I know what scandal you've been hiding." Julius was never afraid of anything, let alone the power he had now. He casually folded his arms across his chest, staring at Ron's seemingly unaffected face. Ron snorted, the man dismissive of Julius' words. To him, Julius was nothing more than a weak and powerless threat. "Tell me, trickster! Tell me what you know!" challenged Ron in his arrogant manner. Now, Julius looked around. Everyone was paying attention to him. It wouldn't be wrong if he got back at Ron and Tina now! He would humiliate them just like they did to Julius! "You guys are really sneaky, stealing your coworkers' money without any guilt. Your behavior is absolutely disgusting!" said Julius, who now had a straight face. He knew everything that the two people who now looked pa
Ron and Tina looked at each other in confusion. In fact, Tina had to glare to confirm what she was seeing now. The director was bowing to Julius! Clearly, this was out of the ordinary for both of them. "Sir, he's already causing trouble here! Why are you bowing to him?" asked Ron in disbelief. His eyes narrowed sarcastically, wondering what the director was doing. Tina replied that she had to convince this man called Mr. Sam to kick Julius out and disrespect him. "That's right, Sir! If it weren't for this bum, there wouldn't be any chaos in Mr. Sam's elite estate!" "Shut up, you guys don't know anything!" said Sam, who seemed to be holding back a growl. The two of them seemed to him like the troublemakers here. This made for a messy situation for him, he was having some bad luck that he hadn't expected. "But Sir, look at him! If you continue to let him in here, the quality of this elite building will decline and be ruined! He'll only bring bad luck!" Tina didn't want her lies ex
"Damn Julius!" cursed Ron as he kicked the gravel on the side of the road. The passing vehicles' noise and the air's heat made his irritation grow. Remembering Julius' face when he and Tina had been thrown out in disgrace made his hands clench into fists. Anger overcame him with a raging breath. He wanted to punch Julius and stomp him into begging for mercy! "We have to get back at that rat, Ron! I won't take it!" Tina shouted as she stomped through the smoke-filled streets. She waved her hands in front of her face to block out the fumes. When she was annoyed, car horns being honked impatiently annoyed her. Moreover, the sun seemed to be shining overhead. "Yes, we have to get back at him! Damn, every time I think of his lowly face I want to beat that poor guy with both hands!" Ron was still on a roll. Until a call on Ron's cell phone made him stop at the side of the road. The man stared with furrowed brows as the number from his bank popped up. "Hello?" he greeted with a raised
That morning, Julius called Jeff in to see him. The man, who had just finished breakfast, was sitting sipping tea while waiting for Jeff, his trusted servant. Not long after, the man entered and bowed to salute and greet, "Good morning, Mr. Julius. Did you enjoy the breakfast menu?" Jeff asked. The man ensured that Julius was satisfied with his chosen menu.Julius straightened up, crossed his legs, and stared coldly at Jeff, who had not yet straightened up. He certainly knew the reason why the master was acting this way towards him. It must be because of the service error that happened yesterday morning."I apologize for Sam's slowness in serving you. Yesterday's incident must have bothered you a lot." Jeff hadn't finished speaking, and the man paused his sentence momentarily."He wasn't quick enough to deal with the problem, and deserves to be punished. Master-" Before Jeff could finish, Julius cut him off."That's not necessary, Jeff." Julius spoke firmly, his eyes looking disintere
Armed with the luxury car he had chosen from the VVIP basement, Julius drove out of his luxurious penthouse. The car sped through the crowded streets on a busy morning. It seemed to shine among the other vehicles that filled the streets. It didn't take long before Julius arrived at his destination. A simple eatery is on the side of the road with some small trees. And Julius immediately parked his car quite far away. The man entered and looked around. His eyes found a man sitting at the end, who stood up and waved."Uncle Thony?" greeted Julius kindly. The man sat down in front of the older man he called Thony. They exchanged high-fives, and Uncle Thony immediately offered Julius a drink. The man looked so happy because he had not seen the son of his best friend for so long."Oh my, Julius! How long has it been since we've seen each other?" The slightly chubby man smiled again, revealing the wrinkles on his cheekbones. Some of his hair was already graying, with a thin beard and dull ey
Julius ran over and caught Thony's body on the sidewalk. Concerned, Julius asked, "Is Uncle okay?" Especially when he saw the bruise on Thony's hand, caused by rubbing against the rough surface of the sidewalk.Thony, of course, didn't answer, he just stayed silent with a pale face and a cold body. He didn't even seem to hear what Julius was asking him. The man looked dazed, even his shoulders shook unconsciously."Uncle?"Julius waved a hand before Thony, and shook his shoulders for a while. Thony blinked, and was surprised by Julius' presence. The man even backed away while dragging himself away. His face looked panicked and even paler.Thony's eyes widened, "Julius, why are you here? What are you doing? Go away!" Thony pleaded in a frightened tone. The man looked so worried that his eyebrows knitted together. His eyes glanced around, the panic on his face unconcealable.Thony didn't want Julius here, so he pushed Julius' chest aside, "Get out of here, Julius. You can't be here." Ye
