Chapter 5

"You're really fast!" praised Julius with satisfaction. He really liked Jeff's neat and clean way of working. If this keeps up, Julius can reach his goal soon. The man was still staring in disbelief at the drawings Jeff had done in just twenty minutes!

"We could destroy the Cellen family if this is how you work." Jeff nodded in agreement and couldn't wait to do it under Julius' orders. It would be great to get back at that ignorant family!

"Sure Master, it's an easy thing. Give me an order, and I'll do as you ask." Julius was more than happy to hear Jeff's words. Now, he was a little more certain that this man was a servant of a wealthy family!

"Master, it's getting late. We'd better get out of here. It's not impossible for the people from the debt collector to call for reinforcements and find us now." Jeff interrupted respectfully. He reminded them of the danger they could be in if they didn't leave immediately.

Julius looked at Jeff, "Where are we going? I have no place to stay. All this time, I've been staying with Cellen's family."

"We're going to one of the Luckystone family's houses! You can rest comfortably." Jeff explained, and the man started walking while directing Julius towards the car he had been driving.

"We're not going straight to Master Luckystone's house?" asked Julius, standing in front of the car door.

"There are many things to take care of, Sir. This is not the right time," replied Jeff, who closed the car door as soon as Julius got in. The man moved to the driver's seat and began to drive the car through the night.

In less than fifteen minutes, they finally arrived at the location. Julius glared as he realized they were now in a luxurious area that he had never even stepped into!

"Come, sir!" Jeff led Julius to where he would be staying for the time being. The man was still observing the apartment area in awe. And even more incredulous when Jeff took him to the top floor of the building and gave him a penthouse!

"You can stay here for a while, Master Julius! Until preparations are complete for you to meet Master Luckystone." Julius nodded, still in awe of the penthouse he now occupied.

The floor was so shiny that Julius could see his own reflection. The walls were clean and decorated with black framed ornaments. With antique urns placed in the back corner of the living room and an elegant sofa that looked so comfortable to sit on.

"Now, I have to go. I have some things to take care of." Suddenly, Jeff excused himself, the man speaking in his trademark flat tone.

"I thought you'd be staying here too." Yes, Julius thought Jeff would be staying too, he didn't know if he would be left alone in such a luxurious and spacious place.

Jeff shook his head, "No, Master Julius. But, you don't have to worry. I left a number for you to call if you need anything. And also, a card that you can use if you want to buy anything you need."

"This?" Julius accepted the black card but immediately returned it to Jeff.

"No, Jeff, this is too fancy! I still have money to buy some things," Julius refused.

"Master, this is yours! Don't reject it, you deserve it." Jeff insisted and handed the card back to Julius, forcing him to accept it.

Julius almost refused again, "It's yours, Master! Accept it!"

So, Julius accepted it with a heavy sigh, "Alright, I'll take it."

"If nothing else is needed, I'll leave now, Master!" said Jeff, breaking Julius' reverie.

The man looked up, "Yes, you can go now, Jeff! Thank you very much!"

Now, Julius was alone in his penthouse. The man entered the room with a big smile.

He threw himself on the bed, enjoying how comfortable the place he was now living in was. Until, too comfortable on his bed, Julius unconsciously fell into a deep sleep.

He only woke up the next morning when his stomach felt hungry. It was so quiet, as he lived alone in his luxurious penthouse.

"It's almost noon already," he muttered when he saw the sun was a little high. He stretched and headed to the bathroom to wash her face.

Smoothing his appearance in the mirror, Julius finally came out of the room. Armed with the card Jeff gave him last night, the man intended to go shopping at the supermarket outside the building. But unluckily, just as he left the apartment area, he was rudely bumped by someone he couldn't see clearly.

"Shit! I hit a sewer rat!" the man cursed.

Julius got up and looked at the man who had just sworn. And now, he could also see that the woman beside him was squinting.

"Heh, why are you silent? But wait a minute, it's like I've seen you before." The man placed a hand on his chin, guessing at Julius' familiar-looking face.

Not only the man Julius also felt familiar.

"Oh my God! What did I dream last night? You really are a sewer rat! Damn! I'm so glad to see you here!" he shouted loudly with a booming laugh.

"Oh, is that the rat?" The woman at his side covered her mouth dramatically, even as her laughter gushed out shamelessly. In fact, Julius wanted to cover his ears, which were ringing.

Julius remembered that they were people who had met him when he was still living with the Cellen family. So, Julius didn't bother and chose to ignore them. The man turned and left. If only the man in the rolled-up shirt hadn't shouted for his attention again.

"Where are you going? You should apologize first, who knows I can help you if you need money for food!" said the man with the thin moustache.

"But you hit me, so I don't need to apologize." Julius refused, he even tried to leave the place.

"You stinking sewer rat! You've ruined my morning view, damn it! You should apologize!" The woman beside him interjected, not caring if they were now attracting attention.

Letting out a rude sigh, Julius turned to leave anyway. But unluckily, the man who had been looking for trouble with him in the first place came back shouting shamelessly.

"Hey, you have a mouth, right? I told you to apologize! Are you deaf? Oh yeah, you've already been kicked out! Now you must be scavenging through the garbage for food, huh?" she laughed.

"Of course he will, he has no money! He's been kicked out by the Cellen family!" The woman added, her voice shrill and shrill.

"Poor guy, you must be wondering what to eat now!" Not yet satisfied, they continued to mock Julius rudely. It didn't matter if it really offended Julius.

"Shit!" Julius cursed.
