Ron and Tina looked at each other in confusion. In fact, Tina had to glare to confirm what she was seeing now. The director was bowing to Julius! Clearly, this was out of the ordinary for both of them.
"Sir, he's already causing trouble here! Why are you bowing to him?" asked Ron in disbelief. His eyes narrowed sarcastically, wondering what the director was doing.
Tina replied that she had to convince this man called Mr. Sam to kick Julius out and disrespect him.
"That's right, Sir! If it weren't for this bum, there wouldn't be any chaos in Mr. Sam's elite estate!"
"Shut up, you guys don't know anything!" said Sam, who seemed to be holding back a growl. The two of them seemed to him like the troublemakers here. This made for a messy situation for him, he was having some bad luck that he hadn't expected.
"But Sir, look at him! If you continue to let him in here, the quality of this elite building will decline and be ruined! He'll only bring bad luck!" Tina didn't want her lies exposed, especially by Julius, who was clearly just a bum to him.
Sam glanced at the two sarcastically, looking very disturbed. However, despite this, Ron and Tina didn't care about the man's gaze. The two of them were busy babbling and explaining the reason why Sam had to kick Julius out.
"Sir, can't you see for yourself that this man is a fraud? He has nothing, but claims to live in the penthouse here!" Tina walked forward, pointing Julius up and down.
"Do you believe, Sir, that this kind of appearance can live in an elite neighbourhood like this? Where's the money coming from? I'm sure he doesn't even have a dollar!" Ron laughed big.
Ron's words obviously provoked everyone. In fact, a young girl with a fancy bag whispered, "How can a rich man look like a hobo? He looks like he hasn't bathed for three days."
Not only that, the whispers started to spread and turned into a hum. This obviously made Ron and Tina smile slyly and glance at each other.
"Look, Sir! No one will believe her! He hallucinates too much about being rich!" Ron was still laughing, and everyone was still following him.
"Shut up, all of you!" snapped Sir Sam.
Everyone fell silent, seemingly taken aback by the director's outburst that sounded so angry. The man with the neat clothes and well-organized hair gave Ron and Tina a sharp look!
To Sam, Ron and Tina's actions had gone too far. They had insulted his guest of honour in public. "Don't say anything if you don't know the truth!"
"Mr. Julius does live here! He came over last night and lives on the top floor of the building. Stop making noise and being insolent!" Sam explained so sternly that Tina leaned forward and rolled her eyes.
"Him? Lives in the penthouse? Sir, don't joke around! That's impossible!" Tina pointed at Julius' face so closely that Tina's hand was immediately slapped away by Sam. The man was furious.
"Behave yourself! Mr. Julius is the resident of the penthouse here! I know everything because I set it up! So shut up!" Sam shouted, pointing at Tina and Ron's faces in turn.
Tina and Ron jumped back, neither of them had expected Sam to defend Julius like that.
"You're making a scene and getting things out of hand. You accused Mr Julius so viciously as if he was a tramp! Isn't that you?" Mr. Sam turned Ron and Tina's words around, making both point at themselves with unaccepting faces.
"Yes, you guys! You live in cheap units and act shamelessly! You're the ones who brought down the quality of this building to crap! Not Mr. Julius!" Mr. Sam was clearly defending Julius, he had been mandated to serve him well here.
"So, you can get out and leave! I don't want to see your faces again!" he shooed as he pointed at the exit.
"What the hell, Sir? You're kicking us out?" shouted Ron in disgust. The man glared with bated breath. His chest was rising and falling, with emotions flaring.
Sam snorted, "Yes, you can leave! I don't like people who make a fuss."
"Sir, you're too much! The man next to you is clearly a troublemaker! But you insult us? What kind of service is this?" Ron was furious, the man spoke while glaring.
On Ron's side, Tina naturally came to his defence. "From any angle, Julius started the ruckus. We wouldn't have had to deal with him if he hadn't shown up and just left when we kicked him out."
Sam snorted, rubbing his hot head. "You're accusing Mr. Julius, he's obviously angry! Where are your brains, huh? Does anyone who's insulted not feel offended? You idiots!"
Ron couldn't take it, the man clenched his fists tightly. He walked forward, about to punch Sam in the face. But he failed to do so, as Sam first called a security guard to hold him.
"You can't just kick us out! We've paid our rent here!" protested Ron as he tried to escape the security guard. The man struggled so hard that his face turned red.
Tina joined in the shouting, panicking at Ron's arrest and the fact that they would soon be evicted from this elite neighbourhood. "Sir, we can report you to the police for breaking the agreement!"
Sam shook his head. The man took out many checks from his coat pocket. He wrote down a few amounts before tearing them up and throwing them at Ron and Tina with a face full of contempt. "Take back the rest of your loose change! And don't try to sue me because I'll sue you both for making a scene!" he threatened sternly.
Sam turned to the security guard holding Ron, ordering, "Take them out. I don't want to see them set foot in here again!" he said and immediately obeyed.
The people watching and joining in Julius' insults now began to back away slowly. Sam's defence ensured that Julius was not a random person.
"Let me go! I don't accept being treated like this! I'll get back at you!" Ron and Tina were dragged away by the security guards. They were violently thrown out of the building.
Meanwhile, the new security guard who had chased them away and said that Julius was homeless swallowed his saliva in fear. His eyes glanced at Julius, who was also watching him coldly.
"And you, new security guard! Come here!" called Sam with one finger.
The man in the black uniform walked over timidly, his hands covered in cold sweat. Swallowing his saliva for the umpteenth time, the security guard bowed before Sam.
A slap landed on the security guard's face, knocking him to the ground. The man clutched his burning cheek. It was even more horrifying when people started sneering at his rude behaviour. "I'm firing you, get out of here now!" Sam hissed mercilessly.
Hearing the word dismissal from the boss, the security guard immediately crawled to Sam while crying.
"I'm sorry, Sir! Please don't fire me!" he begged in a hoarse and trembling voice.
"I don't want to hire someone as bold as you! You've spoken out of turn! Apologize to Mr Julius!" snapped Sam with bulging eyes.
So, the security guard immediately crawled to Julius' feet. The man cried even louder, "Sir, please forgive me! I won't do it again. I'm really sorry and I don't know who you are!"
Julius did not budge, and the security guard held his leg while crying loudly. "Please forgive me, sir!"
Julius took a deep breath before looking at him coldly, "Go away, I don't want to see your face again!"
The security guard cried harder and almost kissed the toe of Julius' shoe. But Sam shoved him away first and dragged him out of the building with the help of another security guard.
"Forgive my negligence, Mr. Julius!" Sam bowed again to apologize for today's commotion. Slowly, the crowd began to thin out, and people got busy again.
Julius gave Sam a sharp glance, "You're doing a terrible job, you can't manage your subordinates."
Hearing Julius' sharp words, Sam bowed his body while pleading, "I apologize once again, Mr. Julius! I was really negligent. Please forgive me."
Julius looked around at the now deserted surroundings, the man nodded and spoke with a cold and tense aura. "Don't let something like this happen again."
"Of course, Sir! I'll pay more attention to your comfort in the future," Sam replied quickly.
Seeing Julius, who was still observing the surroundings and looked like he wanted to leave, the director again asked, "Excuse me, Sir! Do you need any help? Or would you like to go somewhere?"
Julius nodded, "Yes, do you know where the nearest supermarket is? I'd like to buy some food."
"I know, Sir! But, if you don't mind, I can deliver the food to your room," Mr. Sam offered kindly.
Julius looked thoughtful momentarily before nodding, "Alright, deliver it immediately."
"Damn Julius!" cursed Ron as he kicked the gravel on the side of the road. The passing vehicles' noise and the air's heat made his irritation grow. Remembering Julius' face when he and Tina had been thrown out in disgrace made his hands clench into fists. Anger overcame him with a raging breath. He wanted to punch Julius and stomp him into begging for mercy! "We have to get back at that rat, Ron! I won't take it!" Tina shouted as she stomped through the smoke-filled streets. She waved her hands in front of her face to block out the fumes. When she was annoyed, car horns being honked impatiently annoyed her. Moreover, the sun seemed to be shining overhead. "Yes, we have to get back at him! Damn, every time I think of his lowly face I want to beat that poor guy with both hands!" Ron was still on a roll. Until a call on Ron's cell phone made him stop at the side of the road. The man stared with furrowed brows as the number from his bank popped up. "Hello?" he greeted with a raised
That morning, Julius called Jeff in to see him. The man, who had just finished breakfast, was sitting sipping tea while waiting for Jeff, his trusted servant. Not long after, the man entered and bowed to salute and greet, "Good morning, Mr. Julius. Did you enjoy the breakfast menu?" Jeff asked. The man ensured that Julius was satisfied with his chosen menu.Julius straightened up, crossed his legs, and stared coldly at Jeff, who had not yet straightened up. He certainly knew the reason why the master was acting this way towards him. It must be because of the service error that happened yesterday morning."I apologize for Sam's slowness in serving you. Yesterday's incident must have bothered you a lot." Jeff hadn't finished speaking, and the man paused his sentence momentarily."He wasn't quick enough to deal with the problem, and deserves to be punished. Master-" Before Jeff could finish, Julius cut him off."That's not necessary, Jeff." Julius spoke firmly, his eyes looking disintere
Armed with the luxury car he had chosen from the VVIP basement, Julius drove out of his luxurious penthouse. The car sped through the crowded streets on a busy morning. It seemed to shine among the other vehicles that filled the streets. It didn't take long before Julius arrived at his destination. A simple eatery is on the side of the road with some small trees. And Julius immediately parked his car quite far away. The man entered and looked around. His eyes found a man sitting at the end, who stood up and waved."Uncle Thony?" greeted Julius kindly. The man sat down in front of the older man he called Thony. They exchanged high-fives, and Uncle Thony immediately offered Julius a drink. The man looked so happy because he had not seen the son of his best friend for so long."Oh my, Julius! How long has it been since we've seen each other?" The slightly chubby man smiled again, revealing the wrinkles on his cheekbones. Some of his hair was already graying, with a thin beard and dull ey
Julius ran over and caught Thony's body on the sidewalk. Concerned, Julius asked, "Is Uncle okay?" Especially when he saw the bruise on Thony's hand, caused by rubbing against the rough surface of the sidewalk.Thony, of course, didn't answer, he just stayed silent with a pale face and a cold body. He didn't even seem to hear what Julius was asking him. The man looked dazed, even his shoulders shook unconsciously."Uncle?"Julius waved a hand before Thony, and shook his shoulders for a while. Thony blinked, and was surprised by Julius' presence. The man even backed away while dragging himself away. His face looked panicked and even paler.Thony's eyes widened, "Julius, why are you here? What are you doing? Go away!" Thony pleaded in a frightened tone. The man looked so worried that his eyebrows knitted together. His eyes glanced around, the panic on his face unconcealable.Thony didn't want Julius here, so he pushed Julius' chest aside, "Get out of here, Julius. You can't be here." Ye
Upon hearing Julius' statement, Thony immediately grabbed Julius and turned him around to face him. With a panicked look, Thony said, "Julius, don't act stupidly! Uncle knows how you live, don't be like this."It was still evident in Thony's mind how Julius endured the insults and abuse he didn't deserve. In fact, the Cellen family rationed his expenses, demonizing him in public. Julius never got justice, he was treated as he pleased.Julius frowned, "Uncle doesn't know how I live. And I don't need your money right now." Julius responded in a low voice, because he respected Uncle Thony. But Thony still refused Julius, even more loudly and firmly. His body was still weak, but he really didn't want Julius to get into trouble of his own making."Why are you so stubborn? Leave, because it's the best choice." But unfortunately, Thony's wish was opposed by Julius.Julius now chuckled, "I'm not leaving, Uncle. You're wrong if you think this is the best option. I'm not a loser who would run a
Julius quickly grabbed his cell phone and transferred an ounce of money to Ed. Thony, who saw it, immediately pulled Julius' hand away.Thony's eyes widened, incredulous, "Julius, where did you get all this money? One hundred thousand dollars is not a small amount."Julius smiled a little, the man shook his head and removed Thony's hand from his. "My life has changed a lot, Uncle. It's no big deal."And now, the money had changed hands with Ed. The man immediately checked his bank account with a cheeky smile. He didn't care about Thony, who now looked worried for Julius."Julius, you know how you are. It's not company money, right?" Thony confirmed once again. He only knew that Julius was living with the Cullen family. He couldn't have that kind of money, even though Julius was clever and industrious.Julius shook his head again, "It's not company money. You don't need to be afraid." Julius calmed Thony, who was still looking at him worriedly."But the amount is huge. There's no way I
"It's mine, Uncle." Julius answered Thony's question briefly. He immediately started his car to leave the area where they had eaten earlier."No kidding. Where did you get all this from? You must be lying to uncle," Thony guessed while scratching his temple. The thing was, Thony even knew that Julius wasn't being paid by Noel. Let alone a salary, he wasn't even given enough time off.Julius chuckled, "No Uncle, I'm not joking at all. Why would I lie?"But apparently, Thony still didn't believe that. With a confused look, Thony asked again, "Is this not your wife's car? Are you married to Bella?" That was the only possibility. This was because Bella belonged to a prominent family after her company skyrocketed. Yes, even if it was done by using Julius.Julius shook his head in disbelief if his uncle still thought he was related to the Cullen family. "Of course not. This is totally mine." Julius even managed an amused smile. Thinking about how Thony had no idea what he had been up to lat
This morning, when Julius finished his breakfast agenda, Jeff came to hand over a report. Jeff's cell phone was handed to Julius, with a page featuring Noel's face and the name of his company as highlights.Julius laughed briefly as he looked at Jeff, who had just reported on the family of Bella, his ex-fiancée, who had dumped him. "So, they're broke?" he asked with a small smile.Jeff nodded, and the man confirmed his Master's words, "Yes, Master. Several companies canceled contracts due to the Noel scandal a while ago. Their image has deteriorated in the eyes of the public."Julius shook his head, didn't care about their situation, and returned the phone to Jeff. He thought it would be better if the Cellen family fell. They would feel the bitterness of being belittled by everyone. They couldn't have fun after dumping Julius in such a humiliating way. But then, a thought occurred to him. He remembered how the Bella family had treated him in the past, and he hadn't even returned the
