CHAPTER 56

When Leonid opened his eyes, he was in a familiar room. He grunted as he sat on the bed. He rubbed his eyes and got off the bed. His brows furrowed as he realized that he was in his room back in America. He couldn't believe that they had knocked him out and taken him to America.

He walked towards the bathroom, and after he was done bathing and dressing, He walked out of the room and took the elevator downstairs. His wife was setting the table when he saw her. Viktor, as usual, was sitting in the dining room, reading a newspaper, and grinning from ear to ear. Amelia was saying something to Viktor, and he was grinning at whatever she was saying.

"Good morning, young master." The maids bowed their heads in respect as they saw him.

"Good morning," he replied.

Amelia's gaze turned to him, and a broad smile appeared on her face. It was then that Leonid noticed her dressing; she was wearing her business outfit. A turtleneck top, a leather shirt, and a jacket were draped around her shoulder.
