“You want us to pick up the phone? That would be the craziest thing to do, and how is it possible for him to call us at once?” Madison questioned, her brows furrowed in confusion.

Leonid stared at her. "Just answer the phone."

They all picked up the phone at once, and the high-pitched voice of the man rang in the air.

"Hello Madison."

"Hello Leonid."

"Hello Rizzo."

"Hello Mason."

The phone was quiet for a while, and Leonid's lips curled up into a smirk. There were different people making the calls, not one. The voice was different, though Leonid realized that they were using voice converters.

"Mason?" One voice said:

"Why did you call me?" Another replied. "I thought we were not allowed to call each other."

"They might be a mistake." Another one came from Leonid's phone. "We have to end this call right now."

"No way!" The one on Viktor's phone snapped. "You have to tell me why all our calls are connected."
