Jack's Confession

Jack looked around the treatment room which looked sterile, with white walls and a strong smell of medicine. The room seemed to reflect the journey full of surprises he had just experienced. Even though his physical weakness was still felt, the warm light from the ceiling lamp provided a comforting touch that lifted his spirits.

Ashley, who quickly noticed Jack's awakening, grabbed his head. Ashley's eyes were full of worry, and soon, the cold sweat on Jack's forehead became an outlet for her deep worry.

"Jack, I'm so worried about you! I'm afraid of losing you," Ashley said in a shaky voice, accompanied by hints of unstoppable relief.

Jack tried to smile even though it was weak, raising his hand to wipe the tears that fell from Ashley's eyes. Ashley's face became a theater of feelings, a mixture of relief that Jack was conscious of and happiness that was difficult to express in words.
