James could not assure her that the medicine will help her move her body again. She had laid too long on the ground in a position that prevented her blood from circulating and if not treated fast she might never be able to move again.

The bigger problem at the moment was that the medicine which he was supposed to give her was not available in his store and he needed to go to a medicine store to get it.
