Miriam stood frozen, as the realization of her defeat settled in. The other board members sat rigidly, their eyes darting between Andrew and the large screen displaying the contract clause that had sealed Miriam’s fate.

Andrew’s smirk deepened as he turned toward the security team standing at the entrance. The guards were still trying to process the sudden shift in power.

“Take her out,” Andrew ordered, his voice cold.

The security guards hesitated for a second before stepping forward.

Miriam’s eyes widened in disbelief. “You… You can’t do this!” she sputtered. “I built this company in your absence!”

Andrew raised an eyebrow. “Oh? And yet, it’s still mine.”

Miriam shook her head frantically. “You need me, Andrew. You need my experience, my connections—”

Andrew sighed dramatically. “You mistake convenience for necessity. I don’t need someone who betrays me at the first opportunity.”

The guards grabbed Miriam’s arms, pulling her away from the chair she had so desperately wanted to sit i

  • Am I Pregnant?

A dull ache throbbed in the back of Andrew’s head, pulsing with every slow, sluggish beat of his heart. His eyelids felt heavy, like weights were pulling them down, but as he forced them open, a harsh, fluorescent light stabbed into his vision. He inhaled deeply, only to be met with the stale, artificial air of a sealed-off room."Where am I?" He tried shifting, but the sharp tug on his arms stopped him. Then it hit him, he was restrained. Thick ropes dug into the skin of his wrists, binding his hands behind the back of a cold metal chair. His ankles were secured to the chair legs, making it impossible to move.Andrew exhaled slowly, forcing his brain to catch up.The last thing he remembered was the chaos on the plane. The hijackers, the fight, the syringe. He had been drugged and now…His gaze flickered around the unfamiliar space. They weren’t in some random warehouse or basement. This was still inside the airport.A security checkpoint, to be exact. The X-ray machines, conveyor bel

Because why would anything go smoothly for once?He closed his eyes briefly before shaking his head."Terrorists. Great." But Andrew wasn’t panicking. • I'm Leaving

Andrew wasn’t panicking; that would be a waste of time. He already had numerous bank accounts and some money stored in Swiss accounts, so he was still very wealthy. All he needed to do now was go to a safe place.Few hours later, Andrew had sucessfully gone to one of his numerous safe house. This particular one was a modest apartment hidden in the outskirts of Lantana City. The place was nothing compared to his penthouse or even his secondary residences, but right now, it was the only place where he wouldn’t be tracked.Across the room, Fredrick, Leon, and Taylor stood as they searched through multiple news articles, financial reports, and social media feeds. Taylor finally turned from his laptop, his face grim.“This is worse than last time,” he said. “The police aren’t just investigating you, Andrew. They’re actively hunting you down. They’ve put out a warrant.”Andrew leaned back, exhaling sharply.“They’ve backed me into a corner,” he murmured.Leon crossed his arms. “And if they

  • Reverse Equation

Andrew leaned back in his chair, a rare smirk tugging at his lips. His fingers drummed rhythmically against the mahogany table as the boardroom fell silent. The projection screen at the front of the room displayed the financial reports of Blackwood & Associates, flashing red with losses."By this time next month," Andrew said smoothly, adjusting the cuff of his suit, "Blackwood will be nothing but a cautionary tale in corporate history."The board members exchanged glances. Some were skeptical, others impressed."You're certain of this?" one of the executives, a man with gray hair in his sixties, asked.Andrew turned his sharp gaze toward him. "I don’t make moves unless I’m certain, Caldwell."The numbers didn’t lie. Blackwood was bleeding. Their recent government contract dispute had cost them millions, and their internal executive infighting was turning their boardroom into a battlefield. Andrew had meticulously orchestrated their collapse, feeding just enough misinformation into t

  • Scandal Release

The boardroom was silent, all eyes on Andrew as he stood confidently at the head of the table. His executives had been debating all morning. Some wanted to sell off underperforming subsidiaries to stabilize Stellarite’s finances. Others were hesitant about expanding during a volatile market.Andrew had let them argue. Now, it was time to shut it down.He clicked the remote in his hand, switching the presentation slide."You're all focused on playing defense," he said, his voice smooth but firm. "But defense doesn't win wars. We don’t survive by retreating—we thrive by expanding."One of the executives, a sharp-suited woman named Lorraine, crossed her arms. "With respect, Mr.Andrew, expansion requires capital. And given our recent setbacks—"Andrew smirked. "Which is exactly why we need to strike now."Another slide appeared—financial reports on Blackwood & Associates.Andrew continued. "An example of companies we should be working on is the Blackwoods enterprise which looks stable on

Hannah reacted instinctively.BANG!Her shot hit the guard’s tire, sending him skidding sideways before crashing into a parked car. The explosion lit up the night behind them.Andrew let out a low whistle. “Damn. You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?”Hannah grinned, breathless. “Not gonna lie—this might be the best day ever!”Andrew’s smirk vanished instantly. He shot her a quick glance.“What?”She laughed, still firing back at their pursuers. “I mean, come on! The adrenaline, the chase—this is insane!”Andrew’s brows furrowed. Hannah never enjoyed violence. She had always been the calm, logical one. The one who hated the reckless chaos that came with their old life.Something wa

“Alright, you’re close,” Taylor said through the comms. “The item should be in the next room. But heads up, boss—this is Blackwood’s most secured vault.”Andrew smirked. “What’s life without a little challenge?”Hannah shot him a look. “Define ‘little challenge,’ because this entire day has been nothing but chaos.”He ignored her and pressed forward. A large steel door was ahead, with a high-tech biometric scanner.Taylor’s voice was sharp. “Andrew, this thing is fortified like a government facility. How do you plan to—”Before Taylor could finish, Andrew pulled out a small device from his jacket pocket and slapped it onto the scanner.Andrew’s fingers worked quickly as he cracked the encrypted safe. The screen blinked green, and with a quiet click, the door swung open.Inside, resting on a velvet cushion, was a black hard drive—small, unassuming, but packed with enough information to bury Vincent Blackwood’s empire.Andrew picked it up, smirking. “Bingo.”Hannah peered over his shoul
