The Play's End.

Adam staggered down the steps upon seeing Miss Tracy on the ground, staring at him with a malicious expression. With a regretful expression on his face, he performed a lick while feigning to assist Tracy in standing up.

"Miss Tracy, I'm sorry." Adam's face was contorted.

"To push you down in this way was not my aim. But something significant occurred there. A young man used a fictitious card to purchase two items of apparel totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars!" That impending explosion of wrath subsided as Adam talked so effectively.

Tracy felt her heart relax. She was, of course, more focused on protecting Rick Rolland's Fashion House properties.

It is not a conservative woman, Tracy Stark. She was aware of how serious the situation was since Adam, one of her employees, had shown such dedication that he had pushed her down the stairs.

"Forget it, catching a scammer is more important than the high heels I'm wearing."
