Chapter 27

"Suzzane!"

Sebastian walked straight up to Suzzane who was sitting in a wheelchair accompanied by her bodyguard, her left leg wearing an elastic bandage to reduce the pain in her ankle. Her eyes glazed over when she saw Sebastian coming, she thought he no longer cared about her but she was wrong. Sebastian really took good care of her, even giving her whatever she wanted without exception.

"Suzie, can I ask you something?" Sebastian asked carefully so as not to offend her. "What was the reason you fought with Catherine?"

"Because you care more about her than me," Suzzane replied with her face downcast as she held back her sadness.

Sebastian stroked the top of Suzzane's head, "How could you think that?"
