There's nowhere to run

The emergency sirens wailed in the distance, speeding towards Nova Wings.

Kim Taeyang's mercedes Benz CLE coupe pulled up outside the crowded building. A cloud of dark smoke and fire billowed from one of the top office.

The firefighters were doing all they could to stop the fire from spreading.

Kim Taeyang's heart raced as he imagined the worse.

The management board rushed to him when he stepped out of the car.

"What's the situation?" Kim Taeyang demanded, his face as white as chalk.

"Everyone is fine. We managed to evacuate all the workers out of the building before the firefighters arrived," Ms Park reported.

"What about Logan?" Kim Taeyang asked urgently.

A long pause. All heads looked away sadly from Kim Taeyang.

Kim Taeyang's heart pounded in his chest. "No, don't tell me—"

"I'm sorry, Mr Taeyang," Mr Choi said. "The explosion blew up in Logan's office first and Logan was in there when it went off. I'm afraid he wouldn't make it."
