Chapter 164

As soon as Cory said those words, he walked away from Havill. He headed straight to Havill's car and got in. He drove off.

Havill was rolling on the floor, crying. He was in deep pain. From the joint where his thigh met the leg, the part of the leg that was connected to the foot was useless.

That part of his leg was dangling as though there was nothing holding it. He couldn't even dare to move it. While his thigh was positioned sideways, the other part was backward and dangling.
