Chapter 225

Cory dropped on his knees at once and started to throw away the sand that was blocking the object from sight. By the time he was done and all the sand had been swept away, the blinding light got even fiercer that Cory's face was almost set on fire.

If it was not because of the level of spirituality he had attained, he probably would have run out of the garden screaming on top of his voice for help. Well, he did feel the urge to do just that. But his mind was way too seasoned to carry out such a dumb task.

Without caring much about the blast of light, he picked up the gem and brought it to the level of his face. He was surprised to find out that the closer he brought the gem to the level of his face, the duller the bright light got.

That was quite a relief. He sighed.
