Miles breathed out in relief once he stepped out of the class. The lecture was finally over, and he could finally go back home since he had been looking forward to the time the class would be over.

He walked briskly down the walkway and made his way straight to the parking lot, and when he arrived there, he hopped inside his car and the ride back home began.

As Miles rode through the dark yet busy road, his new phone beeped and a text from Ashley popped on the screen.

'Why are you taking so long, Miles?' He read through the text after he pulled over at the side of the road. He replied to her and told her he was on his way back to the dormitory. After he dropped his phone on the seat beside him, he started the car and drove off.
