"Did you forget something, Sir?" Mr. Collins quickly stood up to his feet and asked Miles respectfully.

"No, I didn't. I will settle her bill," Miles replied to Collins as he took out his new phone.

"Your account details," Miles asked Mr. Collins, and Jess rolled her eyes. Even in this situation, she couldn't help but look down on Miles. Was he trying to brag about money now? Jess scoffed silently, looking forward to getting the hell out of this place.

After Miles settled everything, he turned to Collins and asked, "Can I take her away now?"

"Sure, Sir. You can," Mr. Collins replied to him politely, so he turned to Jess and signaled her to stand up.

Jess stood up from the floor and dusted specks of dust on her body, arranged her hair, and rolled her eyes at Mr. Collins.

"Can I have my phone now?" She demanded rudely, and Mr. Collins handed her the phone.

She hissed loudly and sauntered out of the restaurant without even waiting for Miles.

"Thank you, sir," Mr. Collins said
