122: Confrontation (II)

The next person whom Liam went to was Triple M. The middle-aged man was already holding onto the bars of his cell, pondering over his actions when he saw Liam there.

He wasn't expecting to see the young man whom he beat until he passed out. The occurrence was late evening of the previous day, yet it wasn't even up to twenty-four hours and Liam was there in front of him, with a cast on his neck and a stitch on his nose.

"You," Triple M growled.

"How long has it been since you were illegally released from prison? A week or less?" Liam deliberately did this to irk him. Before he got there, he hardened his heart because just at the mere sight of Triple M revived past traumas.

"I wish I had killed you when I had the chance to," Triple M's hate for Liam was already visible on his face.

"You know, this is your favorite phrase for me. You were paid off to kill me but greediness made you prolong things, you wanted my wealth. Something you never knew about how it came in the first place," Liam
