CHAPTER 22

Tony had gotten back to Ethan's condo and had tasked the maids and manservants to wait for Ethan at the entrance with towels to dry him up.

He had instructed them to turn up the heater in the house so Ethan would be warm when he got home.

Ethan's meal was ready and the chef was brewing hot tea.

Some manservants had prepared a hot water bath for Ethan as Tony informed them that Ethan would be back in no time. Ethan's clothes for the night were splayed out on the bed and later folded in a neat pile with socks and hand mittens accompanying the pile of clothes.

As soon as Ethan arrived, a manservant ran towards the car with two umbrellas,one for Ethan and one for himself. He held the two open for himself and Ethan until they got to the entrance, where two maids dried his hair and his hands with dry towels.

The manservant helped him get out of his wet shoes and into something more comfortable and dry.
