Melissa barged into the house, her eyes red, seething in rage. Her outfit was dripping water on the floor of the house as she stormed into the house, walking away from Jason. Her teeth were chattering as she shivered from the cold.

The maids hurriedly brought dry towels to try to dry off Melissa's hair when Melissa started crying.

"Mel?? Omg!!! What happened to you? Why are you so drenched? Wasn't the heater in the car working?" Claire asked as she stood up from the couch where she had been sitting she went towards Melissa and placed the back of her hand on Melissa's forehead to feel her temperature.

Melissa was about to answer Claire when she heard Jason's footsteps at the entrance of the door, then she left her mom and ran up the flight of stairs saying, "Ask Jason", as she held her mouth to muffle her tears as she ran up to her room."
