Jonas looked between the three of them. He rubbed his sweaty palms on his thighs, realising that the customers in the bar were already focused on the scene.

He didn’t realise they had piqued so much interest. People mumbled behind his back, though he couldn’t make out what they were saying. He knew that his reputation as a mogul was about to be destroyed right here.

Why hadn’t he just gone on his way after they jammed at the door? He could have waited to plot with the gangster again and take Ron down for certain.

“There’s no need to be like that, Ron,” Jonas let out a nervous laugh.
